GoogleVery bad customer service. Doesn't care about tenants and properties just make money. Contacting them more than a month Their property damaging my property and cause electric problem but doesn't bother. You can see in picture water coming from upstairs damage my light. Belongs to safe and secure. I have little kids in home.

Jack has been extremely exceptional through the sales progression process, he explained everything and we dealt with any bumps we encountered. He always kept in me in the loop and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them for purchasing a property. They also kept on top of everything and had quick responses.

Having been struggling with other agents for a significant amount I time I was recommended to try this company, everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently and they have secured me a sale in only 3 days!!!! UPDATE........ Cannot thank jack from safe and secure enough, he went above and beyond throughout the whole process for me, a real credit to this company couldt have done any of it without him

Google(Safe and secure) is a feeling im yet to experienced since being a Tennant with this company. House up for sale while I'm renting, multiple viewing appointments organised that were not attended by staff (which was agreed) or a potential customer looking to buy the house with out communication to let me know otherwise unless I rang and asked. Some staff unfortuently don't share the life experiences to be able to understand what's it's like living with mental and physical illness, never mind show the slightest bit of compassion. If u want to be kicked when your down spoke to like a child and get a whole load of attitude and put more mental strain on your life rent with (unsafe and insecure).

Facebookgas engineer came to service my back boiler & dusted all inside of fire over my yellow curtains ug that was only a week old, engineer said he didn't do it, spoke to office to be told I should had moved the rug. this guy completely stripped whole fire & used a brush to brush dust & soot of it all over my rug. agents don't care & they allow workers to damage your property.
I found that when I renting w house of them I wouldn’t do it again. Reported afew problems to them and most never got fixed and found caitlyn to be extremely rude

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. Been in this property almost 5 years and they could not give a damn about any repairs. I have to wait MONTHS before they even consider sending someone out. Every person in the office has an attitude problem …
