GoogleWaited outside for quite a long time in the freezing cold for the agent to turn up. To find the flat had already been let and the new tenant was living there! Obviously this caused the new tenant to be concerned about people banging around outside the property and probably wondered if their tenancy was safe. Put us right off. We were told they would phone us the following day to view other places in the area but they never called. Waste of time.

GoogleFantastic service received from safe and secure. Lisa helped me with my rental , she has fantastic knowledge within the property industry and answered any questions I had. After moving in I had a couple of issues within the property , nothing major however safe and secure we’re managing the rental and my issues were resolved within 24 hours. I am always greeted with a friendly voice on the other end of the phone when I call and all of the staff alongside Lisa are lovely also. I think what blew me away compared to other agencies is the fact they do not charge admin fees . This is where they seem to really stand out compared to other agents and with that it mind I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family if they are looking to buy , sell or rent a property . FacebookFantastic service received from safe and secure properties. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and can’t do enough to help you. Where they come into there own is by offering no admin fees on rental properties . This is outstanding and can save a tenant hundreds of pounds which could be used towards furniture or other costs incurred when moving . I wouldn’t look anywhere else and will be recommending safe and secure to all my friends and family when they are looking for a property to buy , rent or sell !

FacebookExcellent service from start to finish from safe and secure! We purchased a property they were selling, and it's been a great experience. Professional, faultless service. We were kept in the loop, with regular communication at that awkward "is it ours yet" stage as there was a lot of interest. Then at every stage, Jennifer has kept us well informed, and been really helpful. Strongly recommend.

GoogleI was with Woods for over 5 years safe & secure took over for just over 5 weeks now getting served with an section 21 notice which means getting evicted the worse experience of my life now I get a call after 10 days asking if I found place yet even when I on a 6 month short tenancy to find a place what a horrible letting agent avoid all cost

Not professional at all especially since I have medical condition as well.
