GoogleA year after renting this property, there have been a few issues as any property would have. I am very grateful to Julie Cahill for her professionalism and support in sorting out all the issues. Furthermore, she goes above and beyond to ensure that tenants' needs are met. It is her approach that helps retain tenants, and it also provides them with equal responsibilities in regard to care of the property. Thank YOU, Julie! The first phone conversation gave me the impression that Arjan understands the lettings market and his clients' needs. I found his openness, professionalism and efficiency very impressive and honest. I struggled for more than a month to find a property to rent. The other estate agent were all for a bidding war instead of a first-come, first-serve policy. Finally, I did not have to go through all that hassle with Arjan and Northwood and was able to rent the place in a week. He delivers high-quality customer service, and I gladly recommend him!

GoogleI recently sold our house in West Norwood. We were overseas vendors and through the whole sale process from finding a buyer to exchange and completion I found Northwood to be communicative, professional and personable in our dealings together. The rate of commission was fair and I have no hesitation in recommending Northwood as a sales agent and also as a rental agent since we rented out our property through them previously.

GoogleCommunication was just poor; nobody could be bothered to reply to emails in a timely manner so the viewing could be arranged earlier than it was. Arrived at viewing and after waiting, we called and were told an email had been sent that the property had gone- 9 minutes before the viewing time. Obviously we were en route. Nobody had called because all of a sudden our "phone number on the system was wrong". Utter nonsense. Wasted morning and very disappointed.
We called you multiple times on the phone number you submitted online. Not sure what else we could do.

GoogleThis agency is the one to go to - either as a prospective tenant or landlord: a swift and inexpensive service with a thorough background check and the property I rented from them - v fairly and truthfully represented in their advertisement. Reliable on-line rent payment option, which is handy when you're constantly on the go. Very helpful with all suppliers' switching when I first moved in. They performed a check of the premises early on, taking care not to interfere with my routine, which was helpful. Staff were very approachable and timely with their responses to any queries. Oh - AND they drive green cars!! A long leap from my previous lettings' agencies experience in South London.
