GoogleI had excellent service from Duncan and Northwood who marketed the flat brilliantly. Far from encouraging me to accept the first reasonable offer, they offered a qualitative check and were honest with their opinions when some prospective tenants returned unclear credit checks. GoogleA good business relationship is very important when renting out a property. I was recommended Northwood after having some less than impressive experiences with previous agents in the area. Duncan/Nella/Arjan are a very effective team, providing an excellent all round service. Their integrity, knowledge of the market and area were demonstrated when offering a sensible rental evaluation, providing reasoned appraisals of prospective tenants and finding tenants that are an excellent fit.

GoogleBy all means buy or rent through this agent, but DO NOT sell or let your property through them, goodness me we gave them access to a local property to their office and they valued it about £30k less than what we sold it for only 3 months after they valued it, and also asked them to give a valuation on renting it as well at the same time as they visited it for a potential sale the rental valuation they gave us was £200.00 pcm less than the other 4 local agents who valued it for both, makes you wonder if theres investors waiting behind the door ? 06/06 Responded to your email. 07/06 Reponed to your email, final response.

GoogleGreat experience, Ryan responded to all of my enquiries promptly and was amenable to my requests. He was both professional and friendly as were the other staff I dealt with. I saw many differnt flats over a long period of time with different agencies and EACH TIME Stephen James had the best accommodation at the best price so before I even found my place I knew it would be through this agency.
