So many things went wrong and I’m not even sure where to start. I walked into a messy, dusty apartment that had clearly not been cleaned since the last tenant was there and I had to pay for my own cleaning service, which is odd because they make sure to ask for £150+ out of your deposit for cleaning fees when you leave.To make it worse, after you’ve signed an agreement they dump you off to another group to deal with and clear themselves of any responsibility. It’s not a one time thing, they do this with every new tenant, taking ownership once again to market the apartment and not telling you that you will be left with someone else.They are mostly nice and friendly when speaking to them so I put off writing this review, but the last straw is refusing to release my deposit for a month (and still ongoing) after I leave, but conveniently making sure that I paid my rent on time through constant emails. Just another one of those agencies that want to have it both ways and from now on will avoid.

I don't know where to start. We had been to see many mortgage brokers before seeing Darren. We weren't really prepared to pay a broker fee before meeting him. We didn't really feel confident about our previous mortgage brokers as a lot of it was empty promises or incompetence. Darren took us in and blew our heads off, he was so informative. Telling us stuff we didn't even have a clue about (first time buyers). Darren has helped and taught us so much during our buying process it has been a blessing. Darren even seemed to know when to ring us at the right time and place to help. He and the girls at Dixon's have always made us feel welcome. Nothing has ever been to much to ask. I really couldn't recommend anyone enough to do the job. I will definitely be going back to Darren in the future as I just don't think anyone will do a better job. Thank you Darren and girls for being so helpful in our process.

Throughout my sale and purchase experience, all the staff at Dixons have been fantastic. I often dropped by to get updates in the office and was made to feel so welcome. All staff have gone above and beyond to provide a great service, keeping me updated with solicitors and keeping me calm when things get a little stressful !! A fantastic team who all work so hard.

Sold my property at start of april now its 28th of August and still no moving date we have no chain we use they in house solicitors which have a 92%bad rating on trustpilot which matchs what we have experience where them as they are impossible to get in contact with paper work was completed weeks ago keep getting told the story over and over by them and dixons slow and arrogant will be lucky if we even move this year we payed alot money to be given slow useless solicitors and a estate that could not careless about the sale overall it has bin a nightmare! for us and we will never use or recommend dixons and they solicitors to anyone next time will use an estate agent that looks after they customers interests and property overall the hole mess have left us in the dark and frustrated it should not take this long to complete a sell with no chain this is not acceptable! Don't recommend solicitors of they can't do the job right!

5 STARS JUST AREN’T ENOUGH!! Right from the initial phone call to Dixon’s Willenhall the whole team has been amazing! They are all so welcoming and helpful. Senior Sales Progressor Emma Longmore has gone way above and beyond what we could ever have expected from her. She is contactable, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. We can honestly say she has made the whole experience an enjoyable one and the process flowed so quickly. She liaised with solicitors, other estate agents and our buyers in such a professional but friendly way in order for our move to progress promptly. I used Darren as my mortgage advisor at the Willenhall branch and I was extremely happy with the service I got. Darren was thorough with the application process and everything was explained clearly. I received a great rate and my mortgage went through smoothly in a timely manner. I also dealt with Pritee Patel as she arranged my appointments and kept me up to date on my application. On several occasions I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment due to work commitments and Pritee kept calm and professional and ensured she booked me in for a time suitable for me. I also remember this one time, when she stayed in the office after her shift had finished so I could drop off some paper work. I would definitely use Dixons in Willenhall again. Great work guys!
