TrustpilotFake electrical certificate was given when bought a house through Dixons in Yardley
Bought a property through Dixons has a first time buyer and even decided to use David Smith for my Mortgage and I can say what a lovely man he is, he did all the hard work and running around, kept me updated at all times right until I had my house keys so thank you to him, will definitely be using him again and recommending him to all. When initially putting an offer on the house, I felt when it came to the price Zoe was playing on the fact I really liked the house and wanted it and so games were being played and I ended up paying £5k over the asking price which I really regret because when moving into the house, I found so many problems. When I spoke to Zoe about dodgy Electric work with a fake certificate given, she ignored it and said she can't do anything, even thou the person who sold the property is well known to Dixons. Highly advise everyone to paid and get a survey completed and not just rely on the Bank to theirs. Elite Properties LTD is the company that's sells house through Dixons with fake electric certificates.

GoogleIt was an amazing opportunity to have dixons as my estate agent. The staff was friendly and helpful. My mortgage advisor, Darren was an excellent advisor and he made sure that all that little bits were in place. He made everything easy for us. She was incredibly helpful and advised me at every stage on what to expect next. GoogleAll the staff have been helpful and professional. I was assured they could find a buyer for my house within 6 weeks. After an astonishing 23 hours I had my buyer and we are moving very shortly. I chose the In house solicitor who kept us updated at every point in the sale. My thanks to all at Dixons Willenhall particularly Hayley and Pritee who have gone the extra mile.

Dixons Erdington, are a subsidiary of Countrywide run from their Warwick office. They provided abysmal management of my property. They missed 10 inspections over 5 years, lost the original contract, failed to handle tenant communications and their convoluted processes lead to repeated mistakes. Manager Raza Muhammad ignored my correspondence, was borderline aggressive when spoken to on the phone (the single time he spoke to me) and failed to provide the requested Terms of Business or confirm a move-out inspection, leaving me unaware of my property’s condition for re-letting. The branch was inexplicably closed during opening hours when I arrived to collect my keys, despite prior notification.

GoogleMyself and my husband have recently sold and purchased through Dixons and I cant recommend them enough. Emma and the team looked after us throughout even though it was an emotional and fraught experience at times they remained a constant support. Darren Lenihan deserves 5 stars all on his own he has looked after us for 2 years now with our mortgage and he is fantastic!

Would give 0 star if could. This Estate Agents has no idea to sell a property. Four times had to contact them to get the description and price corrected. It was beyond belief how wrong and incompetent they were with the handling of our sale. They put it on the internet to sell without reading what they had actually put and they had put incorrect price twice, probably losing out on a sale. In the end we had to withdraw. There was no apology no response to our numerous emails and texts. Very unprofessional. Wasted months of possible lost sales. Cannot recommend from our view and experience.

GoogleWhat an absolutely excellent service I have received from a dedicated team with the sale of my house recently. I can also highly recommend Darren Lenihan, Dixon’s mortgage advisor, such a fantastic guy, what this guy does not know about getting great mortgage deals is not worth knowing. I would never go anywhere else .... Five stars all day long !!! 👍👍
