Dixons were fantastic throughout the whole process. Darren from Countrywide was hilarious, we were laughing through our first meeting with him. Tracey Clarke helped anywhere she could and Hayley was fantastic and so down to Earth. She was there every step of the way. Nothing was too small for her. She was a massive help in our first time buying a house. When the solicitors were dragging their feet, she made sure to get on to them. It was a fantastic service, would definitely use them again! 👌

Estate Agent called Tracy is just rude, constantly talks over you. Huffing and puffing on the phone when I said I'd like to put down an offer. Then tries saying they don't have no confidence in me buying because i wanted to address some issues regarding a "cash buyer" property that I wasn't aware of and renegotiate the price that SHE forced me to increase to from my original offer. If you deal with Tracy goodluck, you aren't getting anywhere and she's very rude. Needs to get another job if she don't like interacting with potential customers!

Disappointing experience with property management and deposits

After two years as a tenant, the most I can give Dixons Estate Agents is a 1-star review. While the initial setup was fine, the ongoing experience was very frustrating. When dealing with renewals, repairs, or the deposit team, the staff were consistently unresponsive and quick to shift the blame elsewhere. I never felt that they were on my side. At the end of our tenancy, they attempted to make unjustified deductions from our deposit for standard wear and tear, and we had to rely on the independent deposit scheme to get our money back. I would not work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. If you do rent with them, make sure you document everything.

Agent delayed viewing booking by 10 minutes, then proceeded to be another 25 mins late. Unresponsive over texts, didn't introduce themselves and even had to have my appointment with another potential tenant at the same time due to delays. I found this absolutely unprofessional as they should have at least had the courtesy to do this 1-1. They did not have enough information about the property and felt very rushed to leave. Property was also not cleaned before the viewings, very off-putting state unlike as shown in listing photos.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The viewing with Hannah was fine and she was lovely. But after paying the deposits, first month's rent in advance and getting the keys it had all gone wrong. The boiler broke, the landlord left his belongings behind and is using the space i pay rent for for his car, then i find out my balcony has to be ripped up because of a leak into the apartment below. Raised multiple times with Jess and keep getting ignored. I have my own property to let out, which they know about, and there is no way I will let these cowboys manage it for me because the way they treat tenants is disgusting!

Hannah is the most disgusting person ever, I'm actually regretting giving her a good review, she has stolen my money and blamed me for not meeting certain requirements after i provided everything she needed, if certain requirements weren’t met then no problem, give me back my money and ill look elsewhere, dixons is trash and the service is trash, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they will steal your money and blame u for it,

Very friendly staff, always try to fit you in when you pop in unannounced with a bag full of papers and just as many questions. It was a trying experience for all concerned after my buyer dropped out last minute, Hayley and the team soon found me another, and despite the buyers solicitors dragging their feet it finally went through. We just brought our 2nd house through Dixons and found the staff to all be very helpful, they have all been very kind and kept us updated with the progress of our purchase. Dixons are very easy to buy with, everything is very smooth and straight forward. Once the sale went through we were given a box of goodies alongside the keys to our house. Just glad I'm not using them to sell my house. Cannock branch is terrible. No one to answer phone and they don't reply to messages left. Finally booked a viewing and no-one turned up, total waste of time. Finally managed to view and put forward an offer and they failed to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Since then I found another property with another agent placed offer which was accepted. Thanks for nothing Dixons Cannock.

Having been shunned or ignored by other local sales agencies in the area i was blown away how welcoming funny and supportive Hayley, Tracy, Stacie and the Ladies were with me. During my first viewing I fell in love with my house but didnt feel I would get it, however Tracy told me not to panic and a few weeks later I have keys. The ladies were so helpful throughout the process especially when unknown scenarios would present themselves, they were resolved quickly. Most of all I was appreciative that I could always reach the ladies as they were instsntly responsive via email or would answer the phone straightaway. Other agencies I would call would pretend to be in meetings and I would be chasing them for days for viewings. I really hope the Dixons Willenhall ladies continue to support us minority buyers in the way they supported me abd cintinue to help first time buyers achieve their dreams, but most if all I hope Hayley continues to give her infamous warm celebration hugs. I will be recommended the team in the future!

I honestly can't thank the girls at Dixons in Willenhall enough for all they did during the successful process in the my house. The reasons for my 5 star review are based firstly on their unrivalled professionalism and personal attention to detail. From beginning to end I was left in no doubt that I was in the hands of experts, as a result of this they not only sold my house within a couple of short weeks but did so during the challenging environment of a disastrous housing market crash. Selling a house can be not only a daunting experience but a deeply emotional one too. Both Hayley and Tracy went way beyond there duty of customer care and if I'm honest that was as important me as securing the sale of a house that was left to me in the most traumatic of circumstances. The agent named Tracy made me feel like low class citizen, she lied, mislead and pressured me to take mortgage with her broker, falsely stating it as the sellers condition. The sale fell through due to combination of her greed and appalling attitude. I will never ever purchase with dixons even if the property is under priced, how can dixons employ such people to represent their company. The whole experience has put me off property purchasing, this should have been a pleasant and productive experience. SHAMELESS AGENT TRACY.

This is our second time dealing with Dixon’s and once again it’s been an absolute pleasure! The lady who came and valued our property was friendly and informative, and unlike other valuations we had, didn’t talk down on their competition, we were very happy with her valuation and got what we wanted for our property. Very good estate agents, we used them before when we sold and bought a new house. They were amazing from start to finish, excellent communication. To be honest if it wasn't for Hayley and her team at the Willenhall branch we wouldn't have moved house, they are very knowledgeable and the best of them all. Our house went up for sale on the Friday, we had 12 people view on the Saturday and Monday we had 3 offers..
