Have nothing but praise for the Kingsheath branch of Dixons & the girls there. Amelia & Emily have been absolutely amazing. Returned everyone of my calls,gave their immediate attention to all of my queries concerning the house sale & chased up replies from solicitors. Couldn't thank these girls enough (not forgetting Shanneen too). 1st class customer service from all 3 ladies. Thank u guys. I'd certainly recommend u to anyone buying or selling. GoogleOur experience as first time buyers couldn't have been made easier. Linzie went above and beyond to answer all of our (frequent) questions and concerns. She was always there to guide us and was so patient and understanding, it was a pleasure to talk to her. I strongly urge anyone to go and see her for excellent advice. I can't fault any of the service we received from Dixons I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleOne of the agents Raza, tried to help us by communicating I really appreciate it. When we went for viewing one of the other agent was supposed to be there, but he left few mins before we arrive, the tenents were still there and those people were not good to us. He did not inform about the cancellation and not answering our calls. Bad experience

GoogleI had an amazing experience with Dixons. Tracy helped me find my dream property in this current very competitive housing market. I was tirelessly searching for a home for over a year and luckily I came to Dixons. They are the best estate agents, they truly care about customer service and I would use them again in the future when I purchase my next property.

In late 2019 I listed my grandads property with Dixon’s estate agents, using them as my second estate agent after there wasn’t much progress with my original estate agents purple bricks. However the agreement we made with dixons was that they would only get paid commission if they were the ones who sold the property not purple bricks, like in this case purple bricks in the end found us a buyer and we used them. Now as of may 31 2021, over a year after we have sold the property Dixon’s are now trying to claim off the property we sold with purple bricks Just because they also had a buyer with the same generic last name “kaur” a few months before, claiming that both miss kaurs in this situation were directly related which clearly is not the case. In our time selling this house we had a lot of miss kaurs and mr singhs view our property as it based within a area with a large Asian population, therefore Dixon’s now getting their solictors involved claiming their viewer was directly related to the buyer who bought the property is completely absurd. I would definitely stay away from these crooks and would not even discuss selling your property with them as like what’s happened with me it might come to haunt you a year after you’ve sold the property. GoogleShockingly bad service from both the branch and their own lawyers that they recommend. Difficult to get hold of anyone. This is the second purchase through this office and will definitely be the last! Certainly i could never advise anyone to use Dixons own legal team! IN REPLY TO DIXONS RESPONSE: Sorry, but i do not have time, it is with Director level. Perhaps speak to the Willenhall office and ask them why we have still not exchanged.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I am totally disappointed with dixons service i spose to move in property on 1st of april and they start the contract on 17 of april when i moved in the property there was leaking water from walls and they fix that in a week time and i have to call them everyday to please solve this problem there is no water in the property After that when i check the boiler there is no hot water I report that last monday 29th of april still waiting nothing happen I have 3 kids my kids got flu cough and my youngest one is 10 months old he is not feeling well I call them everyday and tell them please i have kids and their reply is waiting for the answer of landlord I am totally disappointed with this service I will never take any property from dixons and will never recommend to any one Totally disappointed with dixons and landlord behavior Before i moved to the property i asked the agent is there any other problems in the property and she said everything is working fine No customer service no response immediately waste of time

GoogleI needed to re-mortgage during Lockdown and was concerned about just how to do it. My previous mortgage had been arranged by Jewel at Countrywide which I had been more than happy with. Thankfully I received an email from Countrywide back in May telling me to contact them if I needed help. I was put in touch with Darren Lenihan as he is local(ish) to me and I couldn't have been happier! He was quick, friendly and extremely efficient. Nothing was too much bother - he answered any queries that I had, however small. He took the time to find out what products would be the best for my circumstances. He reviewed my mortgage, house insurance, life insurance and income protection and I have ended up with a fabulous deal on all of them! I have shaved 3 years off my total mortgage term, I now pay less for all of my insurances but with the same level of cover so in total I pay the same as I was paying previously! I have been able to contact Darren whenever I needed to, he made the whole process very easy and stress-free and I can't recommend him enough! He knows his stuff!! 1. they over value the properties. not informing ppl that the current interest rates are sky high so better to be realistic ! selling properties in yardley at 500k - solihull prices in my opinion2, you can never get through. once they have your property on sale people cant get through to book a viewing, they then cant get through to put in an offer, voice messages left, and no body responds . unprofessional - STAY CLEAR
