GoogleI am currently about to buy a property through Dixons in Selly Oak, and the whole complex was quite complicated (for reasons not best disclosed). GoogleWe are very pleased by Dixons' agent David. He listened and helped with our plight. We had spent months viewing properties and being told we had no credit history and no guarantors with properties. No one listened and offered information on what was needed to settle as new settlers in the UK. Thank you, David Hession, for considering all we had to prove we could rent a property and settle in the UK, something we proved to immigration before coming to the UK and also guaranteed by our employers. You gave us the platform to prove our rights to rent.

GoogleWe had a really long buying and selling process, with a long chain, one drop out at a very late stage and lots of issues with conveyancers (not the ones recommended by Dixons - others in the chain). Dale chased information, estate agents, buyers in the chain and basically anyone to get the whole process over the line in time. We completed on the very last day possible for 2/5 people in the chain's mortgage offers to still be valid, and while an incredibly stressful process, it was made a whole lot easier by Dale and the whole team at Dixons Selly Oak's commitment to get the buying/selling process over the line that has made it worth it. We are not going to be moving for a while, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dixons and the staff there to anyone else thinking of moving. Thanks all!

GoogleHave used Dixons Selly Oak twice; first to purchase our house in 2017 and second to sell it in 2022. Felt very well supported in both occasions from the team including Sales team, Mortgage Advisors and Sales Support. We had a tricky situation in our sale with pressure from both buyer of our property and vendor of property to be purchased and the team at Dixon's went above and beyond to assist in getting both over the line. I am grateful for their hard work ans would happily use them again in the future.

GoogleI recently sold a property via Dixons and I couldn't rate them more highly. A really friendly, helpful and professional team who made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. Dale and Krystal really were brilliant. I was always able to get in touch with either very quickly and I was kept up to day with the whole process. The only thing I would caution would be using Conveyancing Connect. While nothing to do with Dixons directly, as conveyancers they were very poor, despite my transaction being relatively simple.

GoogleDixons were one of the more expensive agents I had in to quote. But Claire sold me the whole experience. She was enthusiastic and keen and this didn't go away once I was signed up. My house had an offer and was SSTC within a week. Jan did a great job on the after sales side and kept on top of chasers and kept me informed. They certainly earned their money!
