Their advertising attracted a significant number of enquiries, many of which resulted in visits to the property, followed by a number of offers from which we were able to make a choice. Dixons ensured that the accepted offer was brought speedily to contract exchange and completion During this process Dixons kept us regularly informed of progress. They were very helpful on the post-offer process. We would certainly use them if we were to move house again.

I rated Dixons Sales Team (Selly Oak) 6-star (120%) instead of 5-star. They had done wonderful jobs so amazing of handing over keys for seller and buyer at the same day and the same time. Especially thank for Claire who is Sr Branch Manager, she did great jobs and helped 2 clients to resolve the chain transaction problems. Apart from THANK YOU, I must say SORRY to her as well. The sale of our property was quite lengthy with several challenges encountered on the way. This resulted in being quite stressful and often felt like being on a roller coaster. My partner and I found ourselves in a bad situation with a previous mortgage advisor (from a different estate agent company) through no fault of our own and after our offer got accepted on the property.
