I had spoken to many estate agents in my quest to find the right property, and it was quiet a challenge for all of them to understand my needs and provide the right advice and guidance. That was until I spoke to Ryan Smith and Arif who went above and beyond to help find me the right property so much so he shared as much information as possible and pulling out the stops so I can view - especially properties in some areas aren’t around for long. Between Ryan and Arif they facilitated a weekend viewing (as I’m outside of the county) and also I found Dixon’s onboarding process far simpler and quicker when other agents were saying I needed certain things when I clearly didn’t . Dixon’s company they use for the security checks are also really easy , seamless and quick - highly recommend Dixon’s and just goes to show it’s the people that make the difference - thanks Ryan and Arif - teamwork makes the dreamwork !

Having looked around at many properties and after speaking with many local agents I was extremely pleased having purchased a property through Dixons Yardley Branch. I must say the whole process went ever so smoothly and my purchase was tied up within weeks. YES WEEKS. A special mention to Paul for meeting me initially and doing a great job for actually being helpful and honest rather than just PUSHING me into buying, Cara for negotiating the deal for me at what I feel was a good deal for both the vendor and myself and finally Zoe. Now Zoe was an absoloute godsend if I may say so. From the word go she liased with me and if there were any aspects I didnt understand she would either answer them immediately or go away and thoroughly look into the matter and delegate back the information in terms that I could actually understand. I cant speak for other agents but what I can say is these guys are fantastic at what they do and actually care. Thats the most important thing I felt, they were always caring and considerate of both the vendor and my circumstances. After being given the runaround by another very local agent, Paul was more than able to understand our requirements and ensure that his suggested properties were up to the brief. The team at the office were very accomodating and Zoe kept us up-to-date on progress right through till the time we got our keys. Five stars Reviews dome are fake. I submitted 1 star because the company did not respond to my email they claim it could not be verified. It was removed. They have my photo and email how much more proof do they want? Dixons called me when I was in the Far East and I told them to respond to me by email I guess it was because of the negative review which trustpilot had not published.
