I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Zoe and Becky at Dixons Yardley. From the very beginning, Becky’s energy, positivity, and genuine commitment stood out. When she came to evaluate my property, it was immediately clear that she was dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome. I was in a position where I needed to sell quickly due to another fantastic opportunity that had come up. To my complete surprise, the team managed to secure a sale within 24 hours. The house didn't even make it to market. This exceeded all expectations and truly took me by surprise. Zoe and Becky have been exceptional throughout, professional, supportive, and consistently reassuring. They are both a real asset to the company, and I’m extremely grateful for the effort they put in. Having dealt with several estate agents before, I can confidently say that choosing this team was the best decision I made. I recently let a property through Dixon Yardley and had a very good experience. Stina and Kristina were both extremely helpful throughout the process. They were professional, responsive, and made everything clear and straightforward from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they made the whole letting process much smoother and less stressful. Their communication was great and they were both very supportive during the move. Have to shout from the roof tops about just how fabulous Hannah Jones is! Having dealt with many letting agents past and present and being a landlord myself, I just have not come across such a proactive and tenacious lettings negotiator in many years. It’s restored my faith in letting agents! When I initially enquired about a property, she was quick to call me and talk about my needs and then suggested a different property that was even better! I was at that point I was impressed. She then went above and beyond by getting me a video of the property so that I could secure it without the stress of attending a block viewing. Super helpful in every way possible. I honestly am blown away by her professionalism and proactive work ethic. Thank you Hannah!

I would highly recommend Dixons Yardley if you would like to sell or buy a property as I had a great experience with this branch . They are very efficient and professional. I was liaising with Rebecca and Naif throughout selling my property and they were absolutely fantastic. Rebecca has been amazing and so kind and extremely helpful throughout the entire process she has gone above and beyond . They always make sure you can find a house or a flat as soon as possible and they make sure everything is sorted for you, always on time. Found me a house in less than 1 week. Hi, i had a viewing with an outstanding agent, Hannah Jones, she was very good with the information, manners and extremely polite and very positive, she sorted out my application for mt apartment within 1 day she got back to me very quickly which is a crucial thing to do when somebody is looking to move into an apartment she was always smiling and very comfortable to talk too, i really enjoyed the viewing and getting to know her she's an outstanding agent and definitely deserves recognition for her skills and abilities as an estate agent and a brilliant person! I used Dixons for the sale of my property. Becky came out and conducted her valuation. Her customer service is amazing, she was very approachable, friendly and professional. Becky was always there to help with all the solicitors paperwork. Naif came and did the viewings, he was always happy and made me feel at ease with the sale. Failed to inform us that there was a mentally ill woman who lived next door. We were harassed and moved out of the property by police and Dixons & the landlord did absolutely nothing to help safeguard myself and child. I reached out to them to fix the garden fence as the neighbour, who has now been charged with stalking, was destroying the fence to watch me and my child. RYAN suggested that I call the police as it wasn’t their problem, despite the fence belonging to the landlord. They lie a lot and their staff changes so much you never know who to get in contact with. Always confirm things via email as they will say anything over the phone and then lie about it. This company gets reviews from people who have just signed their lease and are happy. This review, however, is from someone who was left to deal with harassment, stalking and was told that they wouldn’t even secure my garden so that me and my infant child could be safe.

Very incompetent staff once you’ve signed your lease. Took Sophie months to sort out a simple lease change & the manager Ryan was even more clueless about the procedure. Pray you don’t have any issues with your place because they will take months to figure it out.The manager Ryan is rude & even more incompetent that the staff in his employ. All the reviews on here are done right after signing their lease, not a few years after dealing with their disgusting behaviour, so take them with a pinch of salt. Their employees change every other month, due to how terrible their management is.

I walked into the branch to book a valuation for my property - staff were very polite and attentive, which was a plus. However, after booking a time and day for the valuation, nobody turned up! When I rang the branch they were very apologetic stating the fact that no one had booked in the valuation- I suppose apologies don't cut it when you have reorganised your work schedule to accommodate. So disappointing - didn't expect this level of unprofessionalism.
