Waterfalls West Byfleet really are a stand out firm. They managed our sale in a pandemic effortlessly to successful completion. After meeting Ryan, there was simply no other agent in our village we could have instructed. Ryan was so knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, polite and reassuring through the whole process. Tim was diligent with the viewings and in providing feedback that really helped. But can I just say there would have been no sale without Bianca Rose! I'm sure I always found a reason to call or email their office just so I could have a chat with Bianca. She got us to exchange and completion through thick and thin with determination ensuring that all the good work the guys at the front end put in didn't go to waste, plus lots of humour.
