GoogleTo everyone at the West Byfleet office of Waterfalls, but most especially to Bianca Rose, we wanted to say a huge thank you for all you did to progress our purchase of Bluebell Cottage. It was such a difficult time for everyone involved, but you were so kind, helpful and cheerful liaising with us all that you helped to keep my husband and me from being totally overwhelmed by the whole thing. Your ability to know what was going on with all parties at the different stages and to keep us all informed was quite phenomenal. Without you I'm not sure that we would be safely (and still fairly sane) in our new home even now.
