Googlewe reached out to chancellors to sell our property and they were fantastic ! Lauren came over and from the outset was highly professional, within 48 hours of being on the market we had a cash buyer and were able to secure our onward move. Stacy who viewed with they buyers was brilliant. Could not recommend enough. Thank you Chancellors team

I have had quite a few questions and support requests towards two of our rental properties that will be occupied by tenants towards the end of January next year, and Rebecca Fields proved to be EXTREMELY helpful resolving most of the issues herself or contacting the relevant Chancellors staff that could resolve this issues I have been dealing with.

GoogleLovely people at Chancellors. Lauren very respectful when she came to my property and agreed to put the house up for sale at market value. I appreciated this because it allowed me to see the interest in the property as it went along and i didn't have to wonder if I could have got more for the house than I did. Lovely to work with the people at Chancellors as all very nice which includes Lauren, Ben, Stacey, Rachel and would definitely recommend to other people.

GoogleCurrently renting a property managed by Chancellors. Have found the Thatcham branch to be helpful overall. Louise, who dealt with us initially, was very prompt with contacting us and getting paperwork organised. I phoned her with lots of questions and she was always happy to help and responded swiftly to any questions I had. Lauren at this branch has also been really helpful with getting issues resolved quickly and professionally. She is proactive with getting things done. However, the property management side of things has been very poor at times. I’ve had to constantly email and phone to attempt to get a problem with a leaking bath solved. This was causing damage to a neighbour’s property. I was made to feel like my concerns weren’t a priority and was snapped at on the phone by members of the team when I asked for updates on how things were progressing. From reporting the issue initially, to getting it fixed, the whole process has taken nearly 2 months! My emails were often not responded to for over a week at a time.

GoogleWe were very impressed with the young man, Ben Armstrong who conducted our viewing, he was at the proprty to meet us, introduced himself and gave us a comprehensive tour of the bungalow, before meeting us back at the office to complete essential paperwork.
