GoogleIt was difficult for me to trust estate agents again after having a buyer pull out of a sale a week before completion and exchange. The same day I I contacted Ellis & Co Estate as they were one of the top leading agent in the business. They, particularly Dilpesh ( main contact) acted professionally throughout the process with good communication at all times (which was lacking with my previous agent) he kept my concerns and fear at bay. Dilpesh was absolutely amazing, he provided viewings immediately and daily. Within days we secured a serious buyer. He was brilliant and always on hand to provide advice and support. What was very important to me he updated me weekly on the progression and also anticipated what needed to happen to move things on timely, without unnecessary delays. I sold my house in record time. I can’t speak highly enough of Dilpesh and Ellis & Co. 100% recommend to all

GoogleWON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. AVOID First of all, One of the worst agency to get let in. Won't recommend to anyone getting let in within this agency as they tryna recover money from your deposit with bogus and bs concern. I started living in the property 2020 mid. The property was re-painted as landlord sleeves trick and given to us. Within 3 months property started get mould all over the place and some of tiles where broken and overall property was just painted. I have lived 5 years within the property and the issue with the property never ends. We tried to raise issue with landlord and agency regarding this and never got address to the issue. After living 5 years, They tryna recover the renovation amount from my deposit rather than taking the responsibility of not renovating the property at first place before handing keys to us. AVOID

GoogleSo far only positive experience with Ellis and Co . I've been looking for houses to rent earlier this year during first Lockdown when this task seemed to be a proper challenge . Faced all sorts of difficulties with other agencies where no viewing was available or it was just a lot of hassle. With Ellis and Co the whole procedure went really well , viewing appointment almost instantly booked , after the payment of holding fee ( later deducted from deposit ) I got the contracts drawn up swiftly and had a move in date within just a few days.
