Saumil is one of the best property manager that I have seen. Saumil advises and helps me with all of the property issues that has occurred over the years. He is honest, kind and just simply amazing. I am based overseas (Dubai) so Saumil and I are calling each other to solve any issues that occurs in the property and he advises me and solves that issues for me to the best of his ability. I would honestly rate Saumil 10/10.

GoogleOn 16/06/25 At 12 30 pm I called Ellis & Co staff picked up the phone .Ronit even didn't hear properly he told no 1 bedroom property available .in other letting agency they took our details and told me to let you know...He thinks Ellis and Co CEO is himself...all reviews about him is just paid I think..

GoogleSaumil is great with property management. He is quick and very efficient. Always helping the landlord by providing good suggestions. He is managing a property of mine and with his help I do not have to worry about the problems or issues associated with the property. He has a good network of local labour and gives the best advise. I highly recommend Saumil for property management.

Ellis gave me a key contact call Aditya, who supported me through the entire letting process. This enabled me to build rapport but importantly, feel assured that Ellis fully understood my requirements. Aditya was super responsive and helpful, and sourced tenants of high calibre and integrity. GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful. Me and Leina (previous review) dumped into Flat 307, Ramsey House, right by Wembley Central Station, and what I walked into was nothing short of a health hazard. The place was crawling with cockroaches from day one. When I raised the issue, the agency just shrugged it off. Their excuse? “The previous tenant didn’t mention anything.” Total nonsense. For two whole months I lived in filth. The kitchen was unusable, roaches everywhere, on the counters, in drawers, crawling around like they owned the place. I couldn’t cook a single proper meal and had to waste money eating out daily, all because of their negligence. Then came the final insult. After we decided to leave, they hit us with a £250 “move-out fee”, for what? No explanation, no justification. Just a random charge to squeeze more out of us. And to make matters worse, they had the nerve to charge £50 a month just because I had a dog, something that may very well be illegal under current tenancy laws. And the people behind this? Jebin and Jatin, rude, useless, and completely unaccountable. Zero professionalism, zero integrity. They offered no help, no solutions, just empty words and smug indifference. This agency is predatory. They take your money, dump you in disgusting conditions, and then charge you more to escape. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PEACE!!!!

GoogleThe worst letting agent experience we’ve had. Our agent was extremely non-responsive. For every 3 times we tried to get in touch with him, he responded once. In an email if we asked 3 questions, he would respond to one and ignore the rest. We had to chase him to get a contract sent with less than 14 days left to move in. It’s been 9 days since moving into the property and we are yet to receive the inventory list. On the day of moving, after collecting the keys and reaching the property we found that they forget to add the parking fob. This should have been checked in advance but this ruined our moving in experience. Hopefully we have a better experience with the team managing the property but don’t recommend the letting agents.

GoogleRavi was excellent in assisting us with our sale. I initially engaged a competitor agent on the promise of a high price. This turned out to be a utter waste of time and false promises. I went to Ravi he came with actual comparable evidence and went on the market at the correct price which got me offers within 10 days in this market. We have now exchanged contracts and I am extremely happy. I would advise anyone thinking of selling use his advice, he will help you get to where you want with straight talking honest advice.

GoogleAs a landlord this is the first year Ellis & Co have renewed my tenancy agreement. I was contacted by Simina 2 months in advance of the tenancy coming to an end, she had already reached out to the tenants confirming if they wished to renew then approached me to see if I would like to accept. Upon my acceptance, she turned around the renewal in less then 24 hours. Really pleased to have worked with her & very professional.

He truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible and was at the end of a phone anytime I needed help. After one month of no luck with other estate agents, I can confidently say that Parash has restored my faith in the profession!

GoogleI have been using Ellis & Co for the last 7 years to manage my property. The experience from day one has been seamless and the day to day pressures are handled by them. They are quick and efficient with any issues that arise. Their new ticket logging system makes communication fast and I always know what state my query is at. A special mention for Simina who proactively makes the tenancy renewal process so easy for me. She takes the stress away each year and is always available when needed. The whole team in general at the branch provide a great service and I am thankful for their expertise and guidance. A credit to the industry.
