This board needs to be removed ASAP and any damage needs to be put right. Next time, ask the owners for permission before you put up such boards.

GoogleI’d like to express my deep disappointment with the agency from the very beginning of my tenancy. The flat they rented to me was infested with pests, specifically cockroaches. When I raised the issue, the agency claimed that the previous tenant was unaware of any infestation, which I find hard to believe.
For two months, I had to deal with this unpleasant situation. The kitchen was in such a poor and unhygienic state due to the cockroaches that I couldn’t even use it properly and had to rely on buying food instead of cooking at home.
Even after we decided to leave the property, the pest issue persisted. To make matters worse, the agency charged us an unfair amount upon move-out, withholding access to our deposit unless we paid. This feels like a breach of trust and agreement, considering the poor living conditions we endured.
Overall, my experience with this agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend or trust this agency.
