GoogleIt was difficult for me to trust estate agents again after having a buyer pull out of a sale a week before completion and exchange. The same day I I contacted Ellis & Co Estate as they were one of the top leading agent in the business. They, particularly Dilpesh ( main contact) acted professionally throughout the process with good communication at all times (which was lacking with my previous agent) he kept my concerns and fear at bay. Dilpesh was absolutely amazing, he provided viewings immediately and daily. Within days we secured a serious buyer. He was brilliant and always on hand to provide advice and support. What was very important to me he updated me weekly on the progression and also anticipated what needed to happen to move things on timely, without unnecessary delays. I sold my house in record time. I can’t speak highly enough of Dilpesh and Ellis & Co. 100% recommend to allPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSo far only positive experience with Ellis and Co . I've been looking for houses to rent earlier this year during first Lockdown when this task seemed to be a proper challenge . Faced all sorts of difficulties with other agencies where no viewing was available or it was just a lot of hassle. With Ellis and Co the whole procedure went really well , viewing appointment almost instantly booked , after the payment of holding fee ( later deducted from deposit ) I got the contracts drawn up swiftly and had a move in date within just a few days. Big thanks to Catalin and the whole Ellis and Co team for making our move so easy in these challenging times. Recommended agency!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have been very satisfied with the service that i have received from this agency especially the agent that i was working ( Simina). The fact that she speaks 3 languages helped my family to understand what we were looking for! She found us the best price and the best house ever! She is very friendly to be honest! I have been working with many agencies before but none of them were like this one! I would’ve gave them 10 stars but the minimum is 5 lol, thank you very much for your support and helping, I would recommend you everywhere and to all my friends

GoogleI am a tenant renting a property through Ellis and Co. My property manager, Saumil Thakkar, from the Wembley branch, is highly professional and manages all maintenance in a very organized manner. He also conducts annual visits to our home to check its condition, ensuring everything is well-maintained. Thank you, Saumil, for your excellent service! No one delivers or works the way Saumil does. He is a one man show I am so glad I have to deal with him because he makes things happen.
