I met with Deepak and he was able to show me numerous different options in the areas I was looking in. I needed that to help me compare my options. He was very patient with what I was expecting but was also very blunt regarding the circumstances.I realized I needed to up my budget and he showed me 1 good reason why, and now I'm living in that reason!!! Ellis and Co Wembley Central have a very professional approach to all aspects of property management. The staff are very approachable at all times and have all the expertise in advising potential buyers/tenants. I purchased my buy to let property through the firm and every step of the process was attended to very well. I was also advised on other aspects of the purchase e.g. mortgage, conveyance which made the whole process stress free as all the particulars of the process were handled under one roof. The property is also managed by Ellis and Co, I highly recommend Deepak and his team.

I have two (buy to let) properties that I have bought through Ellis and co. The firm emphasises on high standards of customer care. They have the skills and expertise to price the property accurately, review potential tenants/buyers and co-ordinate the details of exchange and completion. Both my properties are now wonderfully managed by Ellis and co. Not only they ensure that the rent is received regularly, the invoice and other paperwork is handled professionally. When there have been incidents of things not working well in the property, Ravi and his team have promptly sorted it out. I certainly recommend Ellis and co.

If anyone is looking for renting a house in Wembley central/Alperton/Sudbury area they should contact Himanshu Limbachia of Ellis & Co. He is a synonym of customer service. He guides the customer to the best possible available house in the locality keeping the budget in mind and also helps the customer to settle down peacefully. The great quality of Himanshu is his after sell service. He never avoids the customer after they take the possession of the house and always addresses their issues and solve those as soon as possible. In a nutshell I would recommend him highly (I have been served by him twice) and would request others who are looking for a house in Wembley/Alperton/Sudbury area should approach him for his service. He is very much approachable.

I came into this office for advise about buying a new house. I am a first time buyer & do not know a lot. Your sales front man Kamil was very welcoming and warm with my query. He offered me a seat and we went through my budgets & criteria. He was very knowledgeable of the process and I feel he was also very honest with his advise. I have since taken his advise and need to save a little more to hit 5%. Kamil is a true testament to a high delivery of customer service and I was very happy with him as this was my first time experience. I will be coming back when I am ready to buy. Thank you Kamil.

As a first time landlady, it was really important that I chose an estate agent that I could work with who would both, advise me correctly and also guide me through the many aspects of renting a property. I was recommended Ellis & Co in Wembley by a close friend who also uses them, and I have to say Deepak and team have exceed my expectations from finding me a reliable tenant, through to helping maintain my property and also going the extra mile by providing completed end of year paperwork to help me complete my tax obligations. I living in a Ellis & Co property in Harlesden and is a disaster and they doesn't care about the complaints of the tenants. The house is with a infestation of bed bugs and nobody cares about it and the property is full of people who doesn't pay rent because the front door is unsafe and everybody can get inside of the property in a very easy way. Ellis & Co are only interested in the money and they doesn't care about the tenants who pay the rent. Scammers.
