GoogleTerrible experience with Ellis&Co Wembley and property manager Jebin who ignored emails and calls about flat problems, refused to install a lock on my room while other tenants in the house had locks, and made empty promises to fix everything but never followed through. The unprofessional service and discriminatory treatment caused me significant stress and I deeply regret choosing this agency.

GoogleDidnt get much involved woth the company,but i called and enquired about an apartment and the person on the recieving on of the call was probably one of the rudest real estate agents i have ever called.he was getting angry at me because there were some connection issues kinda shouting and telling me do u want to book this viewing or not and just overall so mean and rude towards a possible customer .Iv never seen such a worse customer interaction by a real estate agent ever.you guys need to teach your agents to talk to customers properly.

GoogleHighly unprofessional.. First stage we send the offer and the Elis & Co. said The landlord has accepted our income and offer Then they told to submit the documents with the holding deposit. After completing all the procedures when it came for reference check after 4 days Elis & Co replied that the landlord is not happy with the income . Totally Elis & Co . Wasted my one week
Dear Jeson, I'm sorry that you feel disappointed that you did not get the apartment, However we submitted all your papers to the landlord and it was he that decided against going ahead with yourselves, his was the final decision not ours. I understand you wish to vent you anger but please note we are only the agent and it is never our decision who we go head with or not. Good luck with your search!

Since then I never had to face any kind of problems say over the phone or in the office there has always been a good and prompt services from Ravi Shikha Catalin and all the staff members for any kind of minor or major repairs . Am very happy living with my family in the property rented by Ellis & Co and would highly recommend as very much appreciated Estate agent in Wembley Central for the kind of services and very quick response. I thank Ravi Shikha Catalin and all the staff members for their best and prompt services to me as always...Keep it up !!

Google"To state in few words, Ellis And Co are the best letting agent i have met so far".. Especially Shikha, Ravi and Cataline are highly professional in their field of job and provide extremely prompt services. I have been connected with them for the past two and a half years now and i have never faced any problems yet. Special thanks to Shikha and Ravi who ensured that all the paper work is done on priority basis and sorted everything else for me. They also ensured that house is in livable conditions, they took prompt steps and changed Cooker, Curtains and washing machine and checked all the electric fittings.
