GoogleMy first rental as a student. I don't think it could have gone any smoother. Considering that we also happened to be in the middle of a pandemic the service I got was fantastic. Consistent correspondence and updates on the property. Absolute pleasure to rent with these guys. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent in Welwyn Garden City and would happily go with them again myself.

GoogleIn this day and age there are very few people out there that have honesty, integrity and work ethic in abundance. Gary at Country Properties has been spectacular. Gary went above and beyond repeatedly. If you're looking to make a stressful process, easier and more manageable there really is no other place to go!!!

TrustpilotTime to buy
I purchased my property through country properties and from the first viewing until completion they were really on the ball, pushing solicitors to do their thing. They communicated well with me the buyer so that knew what was happening at different stages. I enjoy the whole process of moving but even then it can at times be stressful but country properties were good at distressing. I would use them to sell my property but not for many years yet.
