Their courteous and personable approach made it an easy choice. Matched with reasonable fees which they certainly justify with their efforts. Gary Young managed the full process exceptionally, from viewings, to offers and the buyer there forth. Their less glossy image belies a professional, quality outfit with strong expertise and experience. The outcome for me as a seller was excellent and the whole experience - including the occasional hiccup beyond their control - was as efficiently handled as it could have been. After a recent tragedy in my best friends life I helped her move. Luckily we chose Leysbrook estate agents to handle the sale of her property. However the down side was the property she was purchasing was through Country Properties in Letchworth. The service they provided was extremely poor, in fact it was Leysbrook that did most of the work to ensure a smooth process. I would highly recommend steering clear of country properties.

They were very professional and efficient right from the start, when Ken got the price we needed and Jake’s enthusiasm got the sale up and running. When there were some problems with the selling chain Sasha held everything together to ensure a successful outcome. Sasha, is a wonderful force of nature, and I wholeheartedly recommend the team to anybody looking to sell a property in Ampthill or the surrounding area.
