GoogleNo respect for people's wish not to be bombarded with mail advertising. Update in response to your reply: I am constantly receiving your mail advertisements by post despite having clearly labelled my post box as "no junk mail". Please review your advertising/marketing strategy as it is neither respectful to consumers who do not wish to be bombarded with advertisements and equally unsustainable to the planet as it is an irresponsible waste of paper.

Hi Azi, Again, I would please ask you to call us on 01707 339146 and ask for Chris Chalkley as I would very much like to sort this out for you. we do not intend to send anyone anything that they dont want and all delivery staff are asked not to deliver marketing material through doors clearly signed no junk mail. we actualy do very little marketing via mail drops unless it is directly aimed at an address or our Free monthly magazine. The magazine we deliver around the town is used by many local events organisers and charities to promote things they do that are going on in the town and we offer this for free to them and deliver it for free to the residence of the town, we receive compliments on this service every month from people who feel we are offering a public service by doing this. Any letters are posted by royal mail and the postman has to deliver them by law so unless I have your address to make sure that it is never sent anything I am unable to stop what you see as being bombarded with mail advertising. I would always expect someone to contact us to request this stops before taking the time to muddy our name with a negative review so please do make contact and I will do everything within my power to put right the wrongs you belive we have done, anyone can see that withought you making direct contact with me I am powerless to help you. It’s been 17 years since I brought a house and the process has somewhat changed. We found our dream home and Country Properties helped us navigate the purchase from start to finish. Very approachable and flexible with a number of visits to the property before the final purchase. Always at the end of the phone to answer 101 questions. Sasha in particular was our point of contact and can’t thank her enough. Having a local agent additionally helped as I was new to the area. Country Properties having sold many properties in the area was able to guide us with the purchase which really helped me. Now the fun begins in turning the old 1980’s house into our dream home. GoogleI recently sold my flat with Country Properties, the team (Chris, Gary and Dave) were very professional and dealt with everything very quickly. They are independent so concentrate solely on selling your home and nothing else. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wishing to put their house on the market. Very competitive fee too.
