GoogleI was a tenant with Palmer Snell for almost 8 years in a delightful property on the outskirts of Wells. As with all long term tenancies mistakes were sometimes made by the landlord, myself and the agents. Nevertheless Wendy and Adam in the Wells branch always excelled at resolving any issues that I experienced in the most professional and compassionate way. I have rented numerous residential and business properties over the past 25 years, and while I have never before experienced a landlord so reluctant to invest in a property beyond the minimum required, I was consistently impressed by the quality of service and best practice that was delivered by both these members of staff as the letting agents. Wendy and Adam's service excellence always out-shadowed any concerns I had and it was always a pleasant experience to speak to them. Thank you.

GoogleI used Palmer Snell for the first time to rent a property and I can't praise them enough. Tom has gone above and beyond regarding the above. He arranged a viewing within 10 min of the inquiry being made, contacted the landlord and arranged the move for a date to suit me, all in the space of a week. He has managed to get everything sorted within a couple of days regarding references and any due paperwork. He replied to all communication swiftly and was available at any time for any questions. It is rare to find a lettings agent with such a thoughtful approach. The team has kept in touch with me through every part of the process and couldn't be more helpful. GoogleI cant fault the tenacity and ongoing service that Carole and the rest of the team provided my husband and I during our 5 month search for a our new home. Sadly the house we eventually had an offer accepted on was through a different agent, however, despite this, Carole remained supportive and helpful throughout.
