GoogleI put my house on the Market with Palmer Snell Wells as I was looking to down size, Joseph found me a buyer who had a three bedroom house which I was actually looking for, and we both wanted a quick turnaround, which with the help of Joseph, Amy and Carole made it possible in 6 weeks, so I would like to say a very big thank you to all, me and my daughter have been in our new home for nearly three weeks now and are very happy.

GoogleCouldn't recommend this estate agent enough. As a first-time buyer Carole made our experience easy and we felt valued as prospective buyers throughout the whole viewing process (which must have taken about a year from when we first started looking, I didn't realise how fussy I could be!!). Carole always booked in viewings that fitted around us, at the first opportunity and followed up on viewings. She also kindly kept us in the loop when new properties were coming to the market which was amazing. Quick to respond to e-mails and always incredibly helpful, patient and kind. We didn't end up purchasing through Palmer Snell in the end but after viewing with lots of different estate agents, I can confidently say Palmer Snell are head and shoulders above the other estate agents in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others in the future.

At all times along the process, she was very kind, professional and efficient, maintaining excellent communication with me, and between myself and the vendor. Carole made all the difference to me, and I cannot praise her highly enough. I am thrilled with my purchase, but should I wish to sell in the future, I would definitely look to do so with Carole and the rest of the friendly, efficient team at Palmer Snell, Wells.

Carole was so pro-active and always at the end of an email ready to step in and keep the process running smoothly and efficiently, while never making it feel that it was anything but a pleasure to help. With her help the whole buying process was much more positive than I suspect it could have been!

So refreshing to have an estate agent actually listen and take the time to understand what we were looking for, plus call when new properties were about to come on the market and be creative to widen our criteria. His continued professionalism and determination to get various issues solved is nothing short of commendable. He is clearly conscientious and takes pride in the work he delivers and that is reflected in the service received. Even after work hours, Stuart has made himself available, which is huge help when situations arise. GoogleAPPALLING EXPERIENCE at this Palmer Snell branch. Had my heart set on a cottage and missed out because they told me applications were closed, yet other people later entered applications. I spoke to Wendy THREE times requesting someone call me back with answers and all three times I never heard from anyone! I even left an answerphone message that was ignored. When I eventually spoke to Wendy again, she blamed her colleague Lauren for not phoning me back. Whoever it was, was not doing their job properly and I barely got an apology out of Wendy. Instead, she gave a load of excuses and blamed Lauren. There was no offer of finding us another suitable property, no empathy and I still have no definitive answer about this particular cottage. Finding our first home is stressful enough without estate agents like these! SHAMEFUL
