Would highly recommend Adam at Palmer Snell. Due to a job relocation I suddenly found myself out of depth in the vast world of property letting. Katie Meen (wells) was our person, she was helpful in every aspect of us renting our new property, it was so efficient within 2 weeks we had viewed, did all paperwork and got the keys to our new rental, Katie kept us updated all the time replying to our emails certainly within the day, and spent time going through things when I went to the office for further assistance with the paperwork, it was also a nice touch that she met us at the property to hand over the keys instead of us picking them up from the office.

We get the keys to our new rental property tomorrow that we found through Katie at Palmer Snell. We have been on the search for a rental property in Wells for a long time now and went to quite a few viewings with Katie. She is always very professional, very organised and has all the information we need on hand. Katie always checks in with us and makes sure we are able to attend the viewings we have booked. The booking system is great. You receive a text with your viewing details. The experience of finding a property has been made very easy with Palmer Snell. Moving was about 10% as stressful as it normally is thanks to this.
