GooglePalmerSnell sold our house for us and even though our sale was massively let down by the solicitors, Carole and her team were absolutely brilliant! Kind, patient, understanding, and most importantly, so supportive when things got quite stressful. They always picked up the phone and always answered emails and really provided an amazing service. Definitely highly recommended!

GoogleI returned to Plamer Snell to market my property 17 years after buying it through them. It was a good decision. I was made to feel valued as a customer from the start. Carole, the manager leads and directs her team well. My praise must go to Maddison Brine who has worked well arranging and conducting viewings, keeping me informed of progress and has been instrumental in achieving a sale (subject to.....) after five viewings. A most pleasnat young woman, hardworking, efficient and conscientious. This has been an excellent choice of agent that have worked hard to promote and sell my property.

Richard Griffin dealt with our financial needs, Amy was always very bright and helpful on the phone and the brightest star was Carole who guided us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for Carole, so many thanks to her for everything she has done to reduce the stress of moving.

GoogleMy first time buying and thanks to the lovely Palmer Snell sales team Carole, Kathryn and Abbie and my brilliant Countrywide mortgage advisor, Richard it was a really smooth process. Markedly different to a previous experience where the agents hard-sold, and pressurised me, I was honestly blessed to have this team on my case. Fair, no hard selling, friendly, efficient and always keeping me up to date and I felt comfortable during what could have been a really stressful time for me, but which was the opposite Thank you thank you for everything. I have a lovely house and good memories of my first property purchase.
