I am a Landlord

I am a Landlord, after non recept of June and July's rent, Imagine allowed the tenant to remain for 2.5 months rent free. In the end security deposit was recovered but no rent for July and additional £420 taken from deposit. Am in deficit, and imagine did not pro actively aim to retrieve rents due but allow for the tenant to live free of charge.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Imagine were recommended to me by a relative who naturally has my best interest at heart. Her experience with Imagine had been with Ashley from their Watford branch. It certainly paid off taking that advice.I spoke with Ashley who put me in touch with their Bushey office. I found the staff extremely responsive and more importantly, without the stereotypical negative 'estate agent' speak reminiscent of a wide boy. Amir came and promptly valued my home and instantly I liked him. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful and backed up his valuation with facts. I then met James their in-house photographer who was chatty, friendly and took some great photos to market my home. I thought that was it, until I then received a visit from Paul, who would be conducting my viewings. I must be honest, even though I had instructed the listing to go ahead, I was very nervous about opening my home to complete strangers but any concerns I had (and there were many) were instantly gone after a visit from Paul. It was like he had already anticipated my concerns and reassured me that I was in good hands. That certainly proved to be true. He told me that he would conduct every viewing as if he were selling his own home. Wow! I had 9 viewings booked in less than 24 hours of being listed and a number of very decent offers within 48 hours. My home went under offer promptly due to the responsiveness, experience and professionalism of Paul. Things have been moving along very smoothly and I really cannot fault Paul and his colleagues. As a result, I felt confident instructing their recommended conveyancing team, who like Imagine have proved to be on the ball immediately. Paul has continued to advise me on my onward purchase which has been and added bonus. So congratulations to this wonderful team, Ashley, Amir, Paul and not forgetting Katie my personal case handler. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have had a very positive experience with Imagine. A big 'thank you'.

Shocking lack of knowledge

Service was shocking, didn't now what they were doing, lost a sale by giving buyer wrong information, then was told couldn't sell our property until tlite was spilt which is utter rubbish, wasn't informed when cancelled viewings, wished I had listened to friends when told don't use them.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently had a few phone calls with Imagine Estate and Letting Agents, and decided to visit their office in person while I was in the area. Needless to say, it was a great experience. Their office is modern and clean, and the staff were amazing. I had the chance to meet a few of them, including Shannon Howley, who was extremely helpful. It was funny to realize that she was the same person who had assisted me over the phone, and she remembered me! This speaks to her professionalism and excellent customer service. I am looking forward to working with her in the future.

Very different to a lot of estate agents...Professional and responsive whilst also being a great guy to deal with. Paul Markey unfortunately let the team down. I’m presuming he’s just started his career so his inexperience has resulted in some poorly judged, unprofessional behaviour. Real shame as we initially liked Paul and mentioned giving them more business in the future yet definitely one to avoid now sadly.
