GoogleAs a first time buyer I dealt with a few estate agents before starting some viewing with Imagine. They have a great team who are very knowledgeable and deliver excellent service. Dean Carr, the person I dealt with throughout my viewings was very professional and responsive from the beginning to the completion. He introduced me to a mortgage Advicer, Gus. Though I was already dealing with another Advicer he was by far more knowledgeable and experienced so I switched to him without a second thinking twice. He put us at ease very quickly and was very patient with viewing 8 properties with us in less than a week. GoogleIf you are tenant renting trough this agency, be sure after signing contract, you will be completely ignored no matter your problem is with the apartment.They just don't care and show you closed door immediately. I can't wait to move out, and not need to deal with this agency ever again.

Googlefound Imagine unprofessional (I think his name was Paul). First thing he said was, do you want the bad news!! It felt like he did not want to be here to value my property (he came here at short notice, but he could had said he didn't have the time, as I got the day mixed up). Did not remove his shoes or even wear a face mask!!!. He made unprofessional comments. Would not recommend or use them to sell my property. Worst estate agent I have ever come across.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Obviously disappointed to read your comments Lai which are at odds with almost every bit of feedback we have ever had on Paul. We know he had to explain the impact of your short lease on value which can be frustrating to hear. But it is the reality and is important to explain and not shy away from. Sorry if the delivery didn’t match your expectations. No excuse on the mask front, he will be reminded of the importance of this immediately.

They have been responsive and accommodating throughout and our agent Paul Markey and Kelly Bell from Sales progression both deserve a special mention. From the first contact with Jamie who came to value and then Paul who dealt with the viewings at the property - I was always fully informed and received feedback each time. He also ensure that the tenant is someone reliable and has good reference. Sarita Hayer has also been helping out with the administration. She responds to my queries promptly and doesn't delay in processing the paperworks. Good job to the team at WD25!

GooglePrior to Imagine, our house was on the market with two other leading estate agents for 4 months. We then asked Paul to take over. Paul and his team were professional and excellent from start to finish and sold our house within two weeks. He guided us through the sale and was available whenever required. Paul's advice and knowledge was spot on and we would highly recommend.

He guided us through the sale and was always available when we needed help . He also asked us to reduce price by 10k however we found fair deal going forward in chain with our purchase. GoogleI have had a long journey with Imagine to sell my property, and their service has been great throughout the process. The property was under offer within a couple of weeks of it being on the market, and although we lost our first buyer at the eleventh hour, they were extremely quick to get it back on the market and once again we were under offer in a very short space of time. Once their properties go 'under offer', they have a dedicated Sale Progression team that look after you throughout the conveyance process, and I have to say that team in particular have been nothing short of brilliant. I want to make a special mention for Laura Howard, who has worked tirelessly to get my sale through to exchange, she always kept me in the loop and made any phone calls necessary to ensure everything was moving along the chain. She is a credit to the organisation!
HI Nicola, thank you for that review and the mention for Laura will be acknowledged this end. It's now an average of 7 months in the UK between going on the market and moving. As you point out having someone stick by you throughout that time, who only gets paid a penny at the very end and only then if a successful move happens, is why the Purplebricks of this world are so misleading in their advertising.
