My review is based on many years of dealing with Leaders (previously Jordans) and the excellent service I have had from Rebecca Hubbard and her team. I have several properties and all those from the Warrington area (about eight) have been let via Leaders. There is new management of the Lettings Department now and I am in the process of renting out one of my apartments. I can only hope that the care and efficiency continues.

Leaders are truly wonderful! Our estate agent Michael Foreman really kept us up to date with all of the relevant information regarding our house purchase. I've had Leaders maintenance guy do some work today (Hire Handy Andy) - such great work, replaced 3 fence panels which where in really awkward places, a new gate and took care of a huge, 15 ft part of a tree that had been blown off by the storns - he was extremely efficient and friendly and would highly recommend his work........Also Jane at Leaders Maintenance dept who was so helpful at with and queries please had.

One member of staff ( dan ) was particularly helpful and prompt with responses . However when dealing with a female member of staff ( to whom I am still awaiting confirmation for collection of keys a day away from my move in date ) was both short in her attitude and in my opinion obstructive when it came to getting a straight answer - she was also trying to contact me at this key stage on a telephone number which did not belong to me ! These matters of moving are stressful enough but her ‘ couldn’t really care ‘ attitude made me very disappointed in the service provided , from what seemed like a professional outfit . I will be making a complaint about this particular member of staff formally to the branch manager to begin .NegativeResponsiveness

If your thinking about selling your house please speak to Mike. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing so Mike spent over an hour explaining everything that would happen stage by stage. He valued the house and it was spot on, he got the best price for me which I feel is very important. They have an amazing system which helps them get back to you and the possible buyers very quickly. I would never recommend anyone else to sell your house but Mike and his fantastic team. Thank you all so much.

First time buyers and we seen a property available online that we was really interested in and seen on the Leaders website that due to Covid-19 to contact the sales manager Michael Foreman via email for which I received a quick response and arranged a call. After initial contact with Michael he sent over a virtual viewing for the property and arranged for a follow up call the day after. Tried to contact Michael the day after to which he explained he was on the way to the property to show another potential buyer around (which is completely fine and understandable) and would contact me when he was back home at 3pm. This was 1st of May and I am still awaiting for a call back after trying multiple times to reach him. The property has today been taken off the market and even called today to confirm it had been sold and still no response. Disappointed with the service and wouldn’t look to use Leaders services further as we had a real interest in the property and as a seller I would also be disappointed if an agent representing me didn’t respond to potential buyers.
