GoogleShocking. I am owed money, a week ago the branch manager said it would be back with me in a week. Come to a week later and he’s said ‘for some reason’ it hasn’t been processed. Shocking excuse for a company.

GoogleJust terrible home flooded due to Sankey valley incident. No protocol for tenants the home owner doesn't have insurance how do you let a property that isn't insured.. been 3 month work has yet to commence... just awful. The broiler is our latest issue that took someone 3days to come out and guess what still not fixed.

GoogleArranged a viewing and on the day of the viewing rang to confirm to be told they have now sold it. Poor customer service buying via them so wouldn't trust to sell my properties

GoogleWe have had occasion to ask for some repairs and leaders have a report/repair site which makes reporting very easy however, Emma perin and Jane have been particularly helpful and supportive always prepared to go the extra mile. Couldn't fault them.

GoogleI would like everyone to know about the unconditional support that I received from Natalie & Dan at Leaders Warrington when I had lost hope and faith in finding a suitable accommodation they were amazing,genuine and incredibly professional in there approach to help me get on my feet they just weren't a letting agency that were also listeners and gave me there undivided support. They truly deserve recognition for there outstanding customer care and service. My final thought is anyone looking for accommodation use leaders as they obviously train and recruit the best and that's what I found in Natalie & Dan i wish them all the success for the future. Mick

The marketing was brilliant and the service Mike & James provided took most of the stress away from us, if it was not for their efforts once we found a buyer we may never have completed on the sale, they worked really hard for us from start to completion and I will recommend Leaders to anyone thinking of selling, they are passionate, dedicated and professional people. GoogleBeing a multiple Landlord with an exceptionally large portfolio requires a lot of attention and time. This became too much for me to manage myself and I needed a company that I could trust. Following thorough research I found Leaders were by far the best choice for me. They now fully manage my portfolio and keep me up to date with any issues. Their prompt response and excellent attention to detail is why I can’t recommend them enough.
