GoogleWouldn't use this agent again even if I was paid to! Rented out a property to us with a broken smoke alarm and electrical's that would almost blow up when used. They couldn't care less about the state of the property when rented out, and then will try to charge this back to you when leaving. They still haven't returned our deposit almost 4 weeks after our tenancy ended. Do not use them!!

Hi Tom, thank you for your comments about your recent experience with us. We are very sorry to hear of the negative service you feel you have received from the team at Warrington. We recognise the importance of all reviews and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I have spoken with the team at Warrington to discuss your feedback, the team have advised that you initially choose to move forward with an application for a property after completing a viewing although then discovered that the property did not fall under the No Deposit Option scheme. The team in an attempt to offer assistance did approach the Landlord to see if they were willing to accomodate the No Deposit Option however they were not, I understand it was for this reason your application did not proceed any further and so the team then attempted to arrange the refund of your fee's. I can appreciate why you would be disappointed due to the amount of time it took for you to receive the refund of your fee's, for the sake of clarity any process of refunds are dealt with by the Leaders Client Finance Department who are located externally away from the branch and therefore once the request was made by branch it meant that sadly there was very little they could do to speed up the process. I offer my sincere apologies for any disappointment that has been caused and that you felt the service fell below the high standards expect of Leaders.
