Leaders acted as the estate agent for our vendors of the house we were buying but we had such a good experience with them, I would definitely use them if we were ever selling. Ben, in particular, I can't recommend and thank enough. He was so helpful, he worked tirelessly to ensure things were progressing and chased solicitors etc. and don't think it all would have happened without him and he was so lovely throughout to us as well.

The worst agency for renting a house or flat. They are ignoring tenants. They never have time to contact each other, the manager is always at a meeting or at lunch. After moving out, there is a problem with getting the deposit back, when registering to rent, the requirements are higher than when buying a house. Disgusting agency.

I am a tenant who has the misfortune to have a landlord who uses Leaders as his Agent. They are worse than useless. When my cooker broke (an item that was the landlord's responsibility) they did nothing and then lied to me about what they were going to do. If you are thinking of using this company, I strongly recommend that you keep records of all your dealings with them so that you can show their lies in court.

Worst Service. Reached out to Leaders regarding one of the property posted in Right to move by Leaders . Tried contacting them for almost one month , initially they used to tell that landlady dint handover the keys lateron they used to tell that the viewing is not yet started and finally after one month they ended up stating the house is no longer available as the land lady have choosen some one. My concern is how come they dont even provide an oppertunity for viewing the house after one month of follow up , they ignored me and provided viewing oppertunity for someone else. This is simply wrong way of handling customers. i wish god WIll not give me another oppertunity to reach out Leaders again.

NATIONAL CONTRACTS - Sue B. I have spoke to Sue numerous times over the last few years and always found her very professional (compared to others) in all that she does. I have often had trouble contacting tenants and gaining access to properties, one phone call to Sue and it was sorted within a day or so.
