She first was complaining of how hard it is to come down to Leigh from Birchwood. Then when I expressed of how much we would max pay for it, she just right out said this offer will not be acceptable hence no point viewing. This goes to show how willing she was to view the property to us.

Unfortunately this not a true review of the conversation that I personally had with your wife. I understand you are a taxi driver, so I was simply trying to accommodate an appointment out of hours for you around your busy schedule, which we managed to do. As we were registering the rest of her details, she shared that the maximum you could afford to pay was a significant 10% below our sellers asking price that is also on at 'Offers Over', which unfortunately they would not consider. We will always be completely honest about this, to avoid wasting anyone's time, including your own.
