GoogleThis was not our agent but our buyers'. Tommy however took ownership of this incredibly difficult chain (at least 5 instances on which a sale fell through!) and the incredibly slow conveyancers who repeatedly jeopardised the completion. In the end Tommy took to contacting every conveyancer personally to ensure that the completion actually happened. Due to all of the shenanigans we had lost our removers - Tommy fixed that as well!

GoogleI originally found Harper Williams as I went for a viewing on a property and met with Tommy. He was head and shoulders above any other agent. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, not at all pushy - above all else he came across as a genuine person and I instantly trusted him. At that moment I knew that he and Harper Williams were the ones to sell my home.
I cannot thank these guys enough for helping me through what has been a bit of an ordeal. I feel like I’ve pretty much had everything going thrown at me in the process of selling my house and they’ve supported me every step of the way. They’ve advised me well, laughed with me often, been as frustrated as me at times and listened to me cry at least once (apologies again Alan). I can’t recommend them enough and I wish I had more than 5 stars to give because they really, REALLY deserve it. They have a personal touch like no other and I never felt like a number, every time I called it was like I was checking in with a friend. I wish this company, all who work there and the buyer of my house all the luck in the world.

With our first purchase falling through and our buyer eager to get things moving we were getting so stressed that we nearly cancelled our sale and gave up. From the time we viewed the property to the chaos of completion day they were in constant contact putting our concerns to rest or going out of their way to solve any issues we had. We finally got our keys at 5pm on completion day and Tommy arrived on site to make sure we were happy with everything. I will be using Harper William's for any sales or purchases in future.
