FacebookLeanne was amazing whilst buying a property that she was selling on behalf of a client. Leanne constantly kept us all informed of where the chain was up to, she took time to chase the solicitor’s up and down the chain. She really moved things along when needed and communicated back to all concerned. I would highly recommend Harper William’s as an estate agent, the service is outstanding.

GoogleHarper Williams estate agents were fantastic when I moved home recently. They kept me updated regularly and provided a speedy and informative service. The whole process to move took 8 weeks, which is great. They also greeted me into my property on the day I got the keys and bought me a bottle of wine. I would highly recommend :-)

FacebookAfter going through a very stressful time In my life the last year and still To come this year I really wanted a fresh start, a new home, new postcode etc. I contacted Harper Williams a few weeks prior to explain they had my dream property but unfortunately it was sold and if they could let me know of anything similar coming to the market. Every few days since then Tommy or Megan where fantastic calling every time they had a property to suit my requirements I could not believe how personal the service was, Truly the best. Last week I was contacted by Tommy to say my dream home that was sold was coming back to the market and offered me a viewing on the property to say I was over the moon is a understatement. I viewed the property on Saturday of last week and made an offer on the following Monday which was accepted the following day (Tuesday) I was so thrilled. Everything seemed to go so smoothly until I had the misfortune of dealing with Leanne, I’ve come across rude people in my line of work before but this was rude for no reason trying to be disguised as professional I was accused of “moving goal posts” as an example, now I had done nothing wrong and made it clear she would have proof of funds by Wednesday this was not good enough I was told by Leanne the offer was declined. I accepted that if it was this difficult to deal with her this early on it would only get harder. Such a shame great staff but there’s always one.

I'm sorry you feel this way but as discussed at length last week our sellers had accepted your offer on the basis it was a cash purchase which turned out not to be the case. Of course we always have to take our sellers instructions when circumstances change as they are our paying client and we acted upon our sellers instructions following our due diligence in this instance. GoogleLeanne offered a fantastic service from start to finish for both our house sake and purchase. She was absolutely head and shoulders above the numerous estate agents, both local & national, that we interacted with as we looked to move house. Leanne’s methods secured us an over the market price for our house sale but she did not stop there. She was instrumental in the purchase of our new house even though she was not the selling agent and then worked up and down the chains of both houses to ensure exchange and completion happened as soon as possible for all. Leanne’s knowledge of the local housing market was second to none, her realistic housing valuations and willingness to do absolutely everything to keep her clients and everybody in the chain informed and happy make her the only estate agent we would consider selling our house with again in the future.
Sometimes reviews stop us in our tracks...this is one of those! From start to end they were proactive and kept the sale completely on track. It felt like a very smooth, stress free sale and that was down to Tommy and Leanne managing all parties through to completion and proactively keeping us all informed every step of the way. You get what you pay for and we did; a professional, down to earth, driven team who’s main concern was for us and our buyers having as little stress as possible, right to the end. These guys are worth their weight in gold and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

GoogleSo here I am, relaxing in my new home.... life is good!!! But without a shadow of a doubt, if it wasn't for the professionalism and dedication of Leanne through the whole process, then it would be a very different story. We found ourselves in a long and messy chain; time and time again someone, somewhere found another reason why we couldn't agree a date for exchange. Perhaps most disappointing was the total lack of drive shown by solicitors and other Estate Agents up and down the chain... that is except for Leanne!! Going way beyond her responsibility to her clients, she was the one person who chased and badgered every single solicitor and agent in the chain until finally, just 48 hours before the chain would have collapsed, she got everyone aligned and got us over the line. Leanne, you are a star... and anyone looking for an Estate Agent should look no further.

GoogleA great experience with this agency. I sent a message off the website at 2am saying I would be leaving the next day, and could I view a tenanted property that I was interested in? A tall order when you have tenants in. Georgina called me at 9.10 the next morning, saying she had already spoken to the Agency's manager, and that she was waiting on the tenants. Amazing service. She then managed to confirm a viewing later in the day, and after that, I left. Leanne met me at the property, and between her and Georgina. they were amazing. Totally professional, and a delight to deal with. A refreshing change from the many appalling agents I experienced and the bad service by many. The good ones stood out a mile. Well done Georgina for helping to make it happen. Already, one of the most professional agencies I have dealt with and a pleasure to deal with at a personal level. Well done! I highly recommend.

GoogleHighly recommend Harper Williams, we had numerous estate agents round previously who gave disappointing reviews of our house and selling price goals. No luck with selling or even viewings over the past couple of years and although Harper Williams fees are more expensive, they honestly deserve every penny! They are kind, caring and understanding, super organised and the photos and time they take with you and your property is brilliant, we had so many viewings booked and it was sold for over the asking price within a few weeks. Leanne and Terry chase everything for you, always the middle man and keep you updated daily. It was such a great help in such an anxious time. Thank you so much again! We can now enjoy our next family adventure and we don’t think we would be in this situation now, if we went with a different company.
