GoogleLeanne wasn't acting as our estate agent however she was acting for a vendor further in our chain! She kept the whole chain together by ringing all solicitors and updatin everyone involved. FacebookSo here I am, relaxing in my new home.... life is good!!! But without a shadow of a doubt, if it wasn't for the professionalism and dedication of Leanne through the whole process, then it would be a very different story. We found ourselves in a long and messy chain; time and time again someone, somewhere found another reason why we couldn't agree a date for exchange. Perhaps most disappointing was the total lack of drive shown by solicitors and other Estate Agents up and down the chain... that is except for Leanne!! Going way beyond her responsibility to her clients, she was the one person who chased and badgered every single solicitor and agent in the chain until finally, just 48 hours before the chain would have collapsed, she got everyone aligned and got us over the line. Leanne, you are a star... and anyone looking for an Estate Agent should look no further.
