We had the absolute pleasure of having Harper Williams as our estate agent for buying our new home! Bradley and Leanne were there for us from start to finish of buying our new home. They are both wonderfully welcoming and no question is too small. They really put a personal touch in making you feel like the top of their priority! We hope to never move again because we love our new home so much! But if we ever do, we would be sure to check out their listings first just to have a wonderful buying and selling experience again! Our moving day was made even more special as they so kindly gifted us a bottle of wine and card from the team! Harper Williams is a small estate agents with a close team. This shows in the dedicated personal experience as the staff worked hard to help my purchase get through swiftly. My transaction happened to be during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown but the staff made it very easy for me and continued to offer support and suggestions on how to keep making progress so that we can reach a completion. Leanne is incredible, and this is coming from someone who purchased a property that Harper Williams where marketing. Her marketing techniques where excellent, she is driven, caring and very passionate about her job. She chased all parties in the chain and dealt with difficult solicitors with authority, drive and professionalism. She kept us updated throughout even though she didn’t need to. We had a very good experience dealing with Harper Williams...Tommy was very friendly, informative, polite and patient. He ensured things ran smoothly through the whole process and we were kept in the loop at all times. The lady selling the house needed some help with some of the forms and information she needed to supply, which could have slowed down the process significantly, but Harper Williams provided her with the help she needed and it kept the process on track. Through inheritence or moving house myself, I've bought and sold more than my fair share of houses over the years, and working with Harper Williams has been a breath of fresh air. We’re so grateful to Leanne for everything she did during our house purchase. It turned into a really tricky chain, but she was the one person who stayed on top of everything. She was constantly chasing updates, keeping us in the loop and pushing things forward when we thought it all may fall through due to issues at the start of the chain. She did far more than our own estate agents to make our move possible! We always felt like she genuinely cared about getting us into our new home, and meeting us on completion day with the keys, a bottle of fizz and little gifts for our children was such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. If we ever move house again, we’ll be going straight to Leanne / Harper Williams. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

As a first time buyer it’s very daunting however from the moment I inquired about the house I purchased, I was immediately blown away by the outstanding service I received. It was also nice to know that someone was at the end of the phone or email if I had any questions or queries however big or small. A first class service was always delivered. I can honestly say that Tommy and the crew at Harper Williams were absolutely wonderful. Not only professional but caring and couldn't do enough. Nothing was too much. They were friendly, efficient and kept their cool when we were at our wits end (bought and sold in the pandemic). I would definitely recommend this wonderful company. The whole team at Harper Williams were attentive and a pleasure to work with for the sale of my home. Leanne was one of three estate agents I asked to value my home and stood out a mile, it never felt like she was trying to pull the wool over my eyes, but was honest and clearly had the insight and passion which made this agency a clear choice for me. Alan and Tommy were brilliant from the moment I sold my home through to aiding the smooth process of getting the chain moving, we had regular catch ups (instigated by them) and nothing seemed like too much hassle. I will most definitely be using them for my next sale and won’t be bothering with other valuations. One thing I would point out to avoid is their preferred solicitors (TQ Law), their level of professionalism didn’t match up to Harper Williams standards in my eyes. I would recommend doing your homework on your own solicitors. We knew we had picked the right estate agent for us, as soon as we engaged over the phone. The assurance we were given that the house would sell immediately and command the asking price was proven as soon as they put the house on the market and put a sign up outside the property. Interest was immediate. They are excellent at marketing and selling your property. Their customer service skills are second to none - they keep ALL parties updated - both sellers and potential buyers - everyone is kept up-to-date in the communications loop. If you want to sell your property and sell it fast and at the best selling price - this is the estate agent for you. They put in 110% effort in everything they do. Any seller or buyer will not be disappointed. If you want Gold Star service - use Harper Williams. Leanne and Tommy are the ultimate professionals and customer service kings (and queen). What should have been a standard easy sell and buy opportunity - our journey wasn't an easy one and turned into a seller/buyer nightmare. Events outside both the seller and buyer's control and something both the estate agent nor the solicitors legal team of conveyancers had experienced before. A true challenge and with warrior Leanne at the helm - the sale/purchase was not going to be lost. Daily conversations with Leanne and Tommy became the norm. Tommy continued to keep the buyer onside providing him with regular progress updates (communications he was not receiving at his end). The scenario was true testament to their commitment to their customers in fulfuling a happy and satisfactory outcome for both parties. It truly was a day of celebration for all when we completed. I truly cannot recommend Leanne and Tommy enough for their customer service and dedication to the people they deal with (us the customer) and probably the numerous professional services they interact with daily. 5 Star professional customer service

We honestly cannot recommend Harper Williams Estate Agents enough. After having a stressful time with another local agent, having two sales fall through, we were nervous about even putting our house back on the market again to potentially set ourselves up for more disappointment. From the very moment Leanne stepped in our door to do our valuation, we knew HW was the one. In our kitchen, we looked at each other and knew this is who we want to sell our house with - you can just tell the commitment, the know how and drive to get our move over the line. From day 1, pictures were booked in fast to get us on the portals. To show the drive and motivation of the team, Alan hadn’t seen the house and was completing our viewings the day after and asked if he could come to our house to see it so he wasn’t do us an injustice and to make sure he’d captured everything to tell or potential buyers - for me, that’s worlds apart from your average agent who, from experience, just sits back. We had a house we really wanted to offer on so wanted to move fast and HW helped us do this. Unfortunately, we lost out on the house but HW instilled the confidence that the right house would come up and they would support us on our way and they certainly did. We received an offer above our expectation on our sale which gave us the opportunity to buy our dream... “a project home”. To say our journey to completion was tough is truly an understatement. What felt like a lot of challenges, were supported by HW - Tommy and Leanne in particular. When things got tough, Tommy knew where we were up to and was always keen to follow up and take accountability. Nothing was ever a problem, even at times when we were in the thick of the process and the chains solicitors weren’t playing their part, Leanne and Tommy never gave up and showed resilience to the very end to get us to the end goal.
