If you decide to sell your home with Harper Williams, you can rest assured that you have the best in the business working for you, we have just sold our home with them and the experience was so different to what we have had in the past from other agents, they really did work so hard for us despite us struggling to find a property to buy (they were very patient with us) and never once hounded us to reduce our price, Tommy was tenacious in his goal to sell our property and really has his finger on the pulse, whilst staying calm and collected, very professional, they chased all the solicitors in our chain regularly (even though some were with different agents), they push the whole chain, A big thank you to all the team at Harper Williams - Would defiantly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

If you think all estate agents are the same I can tell you they are not. You get the service you pay for and at HW the service is wonderful. I wasn't even sure at the beginning myself whether to use small company but it was the right decision. The service has been fantastic and more than that you really feel that you are a name and not just a number to them. Leanne was very professional throughout and Tommy was amazing. He kept us informed all the time, nothing was too much trouble for him and he always rang us back. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

I have recently bought a house via Harper Williams. Tommy was very communicative, and professional. He was always cheerful, and receptive. The people who sold their house to me did not leave any helpful , and necessary guidance to where the meters etc were. I still don’t know what all the, mostly unlabelled Keys are for . So, I had to go through Tommy repeatedly, to get the information. He was calm and extremely helpful. He made a stressful situation, easier. Thanks again, Tommy.

Dealing with Harper Williams Estate Agents has restored my faith in the whole process of selling a house. I'd thoroughly recommend using Harper Williams. They were excellent when I was selling my house. Initially I just dealt with Leanne who really does put the time and effort in, along with the personal touch, but as things progressed I dealt with her team too, who were very good to deal with. After an initial buzz of interest my house seemed to have stalled slightly in terms of getting interest and viewings booked, but Leanne was always excellent in terms of advice and keeping morale high! Leanne and the team provide a service and attention to detail that you simply don’t get from other estate agents - you always get a sense of how important you are as a customer to them and the results really do speak for themselves- for us, that was accepting an offer within just 2 weeks of being with them having not even had a serious offer in the previous 5 months with another agent. All I can say is wow! Leanne, Tommy and the team at Harper Williams are a breath of fresh air in the marketplace they really are. With the number of For Sale boards they put up (shortly followed by Sold!) I don’t really know how they manage to make you feel like their most important client. They are always there for help and advice, even pushing the final stages of the various parts of the chain to completion - they really are special. I cannot recommend them enough!!! What a rollercoaster we've been on during our first house selling experience. We unfortunately lost our first buyer after 9 weeks but Leanne acted quickly and re-sold the property within 2 weeks.
