We can’t thank Leanne and Harper Williams enough. Their whole service was quality - market research, photos, viewings and managing the process. We got feedback constantly. Our sale was slowed by a shoddy solicitor at the bottom of the chain. Leanne went “above and beyond” and sorted them out, most estate agents would have said “its outside my control”. It’s a stressful process and good to have Leanne in your corner! What’s good about Harper Williams is you’re dealing with a small experienced team who really care about the result they get for their clients, that makes a massive difference.

We used Leanne at Harper Williams Estate Agents for the sale of our property. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Leanne delivered everything we wanted of her, ensured we got the best possible price for the property and managed all negotiation on our behalf, which was crucial. In my career I am used to negotiating regularly, but emotion can get the better of you when it comes to your house - Leanne is able to take that stress away from you and just deliver the best deal possible. We also had to ensure we had a strict 6 week completion deadline for our sale and again, to the day Leanne delivered this for us. They use a professional photographer as standard (something usually only reserved for £500,000+ sales), given the pictures are what get people through your door, the importance of this cannot be overstated. From start to finish a top class service. If you want someone who is going to treat you like the most important customer they have ever had, rather than dealing with a corporate high street machine, then Harper Williams Estate Agents should be your first and only choice.

Our first property sale and we were nervous since I heard that many agents would just leave after a sale is agreed and then allow the sellers to figure out the rest. Leanne came recommended by our dear friend and mortgage broker ross@selectmortgagesnw.co.uk who said he had worked with her before and would highly recommend her plus that she was starting out her own business and would love to help. I was amazed at how well we got along with Leanne. Not only was she courteous but very accommodating as well, working around our schedules. We ran into a few issues with the sale due to some documentation etc,and Leanne made sure she was on top of it trying to call the solicitors on both sides and making sure they were getting all the work done. She also very kindly helped us look at properties in the area we were moving to. I'm glad to say now that Leanne is now like a part of our family and we would highly recommend her for her professionalism and her genuine regard for her customers. From the get go we felt like we were really valued by the Harper Williams team. They genuinely cared about getting the right price for our house and just making sure we were happy throughout the process.
