William Brown were great from start to finish. They managed to arrange a Sunday viewing with relatively short notice and when we made an offer Mahe was very helpful and informed us as soon as it was accepted. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic everything took much longer than expected, but even when Mahe was on furlough she continued to be available and check-in with us regularly, which was a great reassurance in such uncertain times. I rented a Property from them. On the day i collected the keys the property was not cleaned, food left in kitchen cupboard and windows dusty. I gave them a week to sort it although my tenancy has started it was still not done. And up doing it myself. When I was living I made sure I cleaned the property so that my deposit will be given but they have refused saying it has not been professionally cleaned. That is wrong and cruel when the property was in a state they wont rent themself. After 3 months my deposit is still not been given

Looking for a property for my parents , i visited all estate agents in Ware. Without doubt Mahe and her team were the most friendly and accommodating and we felt comfortable with them from the start. The service of W H Brown was excellent. Comparatively they are a little more than local companies but the service given makes every penny worth it. Mahe and James were professional throughout and got his the price we wanted for our home. I also used Lauren their mortgage advisor. Lauren's service is exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She did everything when she said she would and was always so friendly. During a very stressful process, Lauren was a breath of fresh air and never fazed by anything and never got flustered.

Ann Scott and all the lettings team over the last 7 years have been simply wonderful. There have been times due to unfortunate personal circumstances whereby I have had serious problems and the office with the back up from Sequence at head office have always gone the 'Extra Mile' to aleviate any anxiety or worry.
