Google1st class service. Ann & Jack kept me updated every step of the way with regards to moving into a new flat. They were always both available to take a call, they were available on my move in day to help deal with a last minute issue, both extremely thorough & professional.

GoogleWe came for a viewing at the correct address at the agreed time but no one was there. Called the office twice and only after half an hour got a call back from the agent (James) who was supposed to be there. Apparently he waited for us at n. 126 or smth instead of n.96. And he left. Without calling us (apparently he is not allowed to call from his personal phone, how come agent can't call a client?? ) or trying to double check where we agreed to meet. Just left and all he could say on the phone is "apologies". Their office is 7min away from this apartment and he didn't even try to arrange for someone to come back . We wasted half a day getting here and driving now back home.

GoogleThis is why you should avoid corporate agents like this.......unprofessional, useless advice (had to go to court to sort out Their mess) Ann (the lettings manager is out of her depth and flustering at every situation doesn't provide confidence at all) Had a sales team asking if they can value the house (although they were here last week for a valuation) Sales department don't speak to the letting dept so tells you the office is clueless. I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO OPTION AS THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR RATING AVOID AVOID AVOID The picture provided was actually from their Christmas party 😂

GoogleI thought Matthew Ginn’s approach to showing me a home which needed a lot of work done incredibly impressive. He helped me to visualise potential and knew the history of the property so was able to answer questions confidently. He also showed me round which seems to be rare these days from estate agents who just tell you to look round yourself. If I was selling I would want Matthew to be my agent - he is a real asset to W H Brown.

GoogleWe where so pleased with their professional service and there ability to be able to answer all our questions or at least came back to us quickly if they needed to find out anything we requested to know. After the process of being accepted, everything was done online and William H Brown was their every step of the way if we needed advice or just to confirm things are running smoothly. Would highly recommend using them, very helpful and professional service provided.

GoogleMahe is a pleasure to deal with. We were buying a property listed with William H Brown in Ware, which should have been very straightforward. Unfortunately neither solicitor was proactive and the process dragged on. Mahe kept things moving and kept us informed as to what was and wasn't happening.
