GoogleAbsolutely shocking service. Just got off the phone to William H Brown. I was looking to view a house and cannot make the open day due to work commitments. We were told unfortunately we can't see it at all. Cannot get over this. And I'm not surprised by their low rating on here. Shocked! Will be avoiding at all costs. Manager couldn't even speak to me to clear up what unusual thing that had been said. Shame as was calling to put a property on with them too... but never got that far. Thankfully!

GoogleWent with WHB as they were a little more expensive so I thought I would get a better service. I did not get updates on the selling the whole time I was with them so ended the contract. Would have given them 2 stars but they didn't even bother to confirm that the contract had ended without me going in and asking them. Expected better service for the money they charge.NegativeQuality

GoogleVery helpful team. They are able to find a tenant very quickly and their support is of great importance to me. Recent issues with water leak caused by a neighbouring flat have challenged everyone involved. But Olivia's persistence has helped us finally get through with the issue of getting in touch with the neighbouring flat. Without their support I would have struggled immensely.
