GoogleI recently had my property up for with William H Brown Ware office. Unfortunately I had to come off the market owing to personal reasons, however Iโd like to state that Mahe and the whole team were absolutely outstanding in their attention to detail, communication and professionalism. From the first valuation to the final phone call I made, they kept me fully up to date with all goings on and I was never left without information. I cannot fault them and I will 100% be returning to them when the right time comes for me to sell my property. Excellent service!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had the option to go with several letting agents when we finished refurbishing our property in Ware and glad we decided to choose William H Brown as Ann and Jack have been really efficient, very professional and most user friendly throughout the process. They had tenants viewing the property the next day after the property was advertised and the first couple rented the property - the team at William H Brown made the process very easy. Would recommend them totally if you are looking to rent a property.

GoogleJohn was great. But all others involved, including the solicitors they suggested we use, were unprofessional, dishonest and slow. They made moving house twice during Coronavirus even more stressful than it already was. I would not recommend themNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleFrom my first meeting with Mahe I found that, her and her team were thoughtful and understanding, especially as selling a long standing family home can be quite emotional. I felt they dealt with me, with care and thoughtfulness. They were professional, supportive and fair, throughout the selling process, and dealt with the stressful race to the finish line wonderfully efficiently.

GoogleWe have just used the services of WHB in Ware to sell a property in Buntingford for the third consecutive time & as with every other occasion, we've been very happy indeed. The whole team were more than helpful and were always at the end of a phone if needed. Hopefully we might stay put for a while this time, but when and if we DO move again, we will use these guys again without question. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
