Poor all round service for the past 15 months. Dealing with this agency and the landlord has been hell on earth for soo many reasons. 1. Took the landlord 3 months to replace the broken washing machine. 2. Took the landlord 5 months to replace the broken oven-didnt believe that I was really sure it wasnt working? 3. Broken cupboards in the kitchen never fixed. 4. Cooker hood almost fell on my head, the piece of wood stuck to the hood cover is FAR too heavy and is a hazard. 5. After jumping through soo many hoops to finalise this property and being assured the landlord really WANTED someone long term, 5.5months later I get a shitty email stating the landlord actually has to sell up- can I please just leave asap? 6. Pedantic back and forth emails with the irritating landlord, this year in this property has been nothing but chaos, starting from the day I signed up. 7. After paying my 1 week rent upfront and going to collect the keys, the estate agent had to "check" and make sure I had paid and could take the keys so had to make a very loud call to confirm with someone else? Very unprofessional and shows the level of attention to detail, which in my case which has been close to none. I regret getting a property through this agency and personally dont recommend. No I do not want to discuss this further with the agents. The review still stands and I have proof for most of my claims.
