The sale was emotionally difficult for me but Charlene handled it with such respect and compassion and was open and honest with me at all times. Both Charlene and Mel kept me up to date with progress and they were both always polite and cheerful

We used Keith Ian to sell our home of 34 years and Chris from the Cheshunt branch was most helpful with the evaluation and marketing of our property to secure a sale. The viewings were accompanied by either Chris or Ian which I was very pleased abou. Ian secured a sale and along with Chris saw everything through right up to the day of exchange and keys handed over. I would recommend Keith Ian in Cheshunt for anyone thinking of buying or selling as they are very professional and always assist you with any issues you may have.

Keith Ian were brilliant when we were buying our first house. They were responsive, gave us time to look round the property and did not push us. They suggested a solicitor for us to use who was also excellent. They were also happy for us to go back and view the property as many times as we liked after our offer had been accepted. We liaised with a lot of the team at Keith Ian and all were great. I would definitely recommend them and use them for any future property needs.

In a strange time with the pandemic and lockdown, Stuart and Lynn were hugely helpful. They went above and beyond, negotiating communication even between myself (first time house buyer) and my own nominated conveyancers. The team in Buntingford were very friendly and easy to get into contact with and the house purchase may have been much more difficult/confusing without them.

I have experienced the full range of services offered by Keith Ian (Cheshunt) Estate Agents having bought my property via their sales team then, years later renting out the property via their lettings service and later still, selling it.From the beginning, Keith Ian were professional, informative and kept me up-to-date with developments. Whilst letting out the property Keith Ian Lettings took over managing it. The property was inspected monthly, any issues were promptly reported and resolved. They were supportive to both myself and my tenants when I needed to sell and had to end the tenancy agreement. They oversaw the cleaning and redecorating of the property prior to it being put on the market.Once on the market, Keith Ian sales team recommended local solicitors to handle the sale and I obtained three quotes before making my decision. I would strongly recommend Keith Ian Estate agents for their helpful, supportive attitude and overall professionalism.

The team at Keith Ian were courteous, professional and patient. Charlene did the initial viewing and valuation, she’s an impressive hard working agent. Keith Ian, managed one of my properties in Ware for years. They were always supportive especially when there were issues when I was working abroad and found solutions to look after me and the tenants. When it was vacant they worked very swiftly to make sure there was a new tenant in asap. Then when I came to sell the property again they were excellent, swift, gave great advice and was patient with me getting everything together and the property prepared to sell. I would very much work with them again in both lettings and sales.

My experience with Keith Ian has been the best with any Estate Agent I have used. To put it into perspective I have used Agents in excess of 20 times and my opinion has never been good. I am pleased to say Keith Ian might have even changed that opinion. This time I was selling on behalf of an aged aunt. They kept me fully informed of the process and helped in every respect of the sale, including recommending a reasonable house clearance company.

We purchased through Keith Ian (Buntingford Office) a few years ago and was so impressed with them that we have just used them again for our sale. Great local company with years of dedicated experience and brilliant customer service.Lynn and Marie have been fantastic in working on our sale which was not without its issues but they never gave up chasing and working very hard to achieve an exchange of contracts. Always took our calls and kept us updated, they are true professionals. Their boss should definitely give them a pay rise!Ably managed by Stuart who is a local himself and knows Buntingford and its residents well and so is best placed to offer local advice and knowledge. Well done all of you.

When an issue arose when contracts were due to be exchanged they were proactive in moving the process forward and finding a solution that was satisfactory to the buyer and myself.
