Our whole process from start to finish with Keith Ian was excellent! Charlene was superb! She was super efficient and always available to answer any questions or deal with any issues that arose. Her professional and knowledgeable approach put us at ease at what is usually a very stressful time and we would like to thank her very much. She is an asset to the company! We would also like to thank Jack who dealt with our viewings on our open day. He too was very professional and efficient and again as asset to the team. Highly recommend Keith Ian as one of the best Estate Agents I have dealt with. Communication and professionalism was excellent, great response from start to finish. Was extremely impressed with the quality of the photographs for the Web, Jack did a brilliant job who really impressed us with his knowledge of what prospective buyers want to see. A super talented man who gave really great advice during his visit. My biggest shout out though is for Charlene who really kept me grounded through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for her, always responded to my numerous questions and was a fantastic support throughout. She has a wealth of knowledge with what seems like an endless list of contacts, though probably pretty standard practice, but for us, invaluable. They exceeded my expectations in finding a buyer so quickly and managed the entire process efficiently from start to finish. I was particularly glad to work with a local company, their knowledge of the local market was excellent and they already had prospective buyers in mind. Jordan was excellent throughout, proactive and persistent in chasing contacts, and consistently clear and timely with communication, which made a potentially stressful process much smoother. I recently bought a house in Ware marketed by Keith Ian. Of several estate agents in Ware I visited they seem the most matter-of-fact and respectful of all parties in what can be a stressful process. At viewings, I felt I was given all possible information by Ian and the seller, with no pressure added to increase the sense of competition. Once my offer was accepted, Max made a point wherever possible to treat my queries and timing preferences with as much weight as the seller's, in order to come to a timely exchange. Many thanks to Max and Ian for such a smooth and friendly process. If I ever came to leave Ware they would be my first choice of agent.

Keith Ian have sold two properties this year, one for myself and the other for my mum. Both transactions were dealt with professionally, speedily and efficiently and were TOTALLY stress free. NEVER, never, at any point, was I waiting on an email reply, a call-back. At every stage, I was kept up to date, nothing remained outstanding, at any given time. A most special thank you to Jordan. And, of course to his team! We were also recommended solicitors by Keith Ian. They too carried out a fuss-free conveyancing transaction without any cause for worry. The team work between them really is exceptional. In a nutshell, Keith Ian really do know their business, they offer a wonderful service and, they are a lovely bunch too! Recommended. I hate moving house and don’t particularly like estate agents, but in the end they made it very easy for our family. Fees were fair, but the service was really good. I told them I wanted to be kept updated, even if nothing had changed. True to their word, this is exactly what they did. They even returned my calls quickly too - no chasing needed. Not often estate agents do that in my experience. All in all, a very nice and capable bunch and I’d definitely use them again.

Keith Ian have been nothing but brilliant. We bought our property through them in 2012 and were very happy to sell through them more recently in 2023. Always incredibly friendly, the team responded quickly to any questions I had, kept me updated on viewings and feedback and provided insightful market updates. Can’t praise these guys enough! Especially Jordan Falco. Moved for the 1st time in 20 years and on my own! It was all daunting but they have literally held my hand the whole way through! Not the easiest of sales (but then what sale is) but Jordan and the team have been absolutely fantastic the whole journey.
