GoogleCharlene Ellis is a tremendous asset to Keith Ian. She spent a lot of time ensuring my needs were met and on advising me the best way to market my house. He kept in touch throughout the entire process and was always available to answer my calls, he wasn’t one to avoid calls and emails. Came across as a very genuine agent. GoogleMe and my partner have been looking at first homes together. Whilst we didn't end up going with a property from Kieth & Ian, this was no fault of their own. We just happened to fall in love with a place from another area. That said they really could not do enough for us. Max in particular was absolutely fantastic & really knew his stuff. Honest, helpful & incredibly human, it is always nice to feel like a business has your best interests at heart over trying to make a quick buck off you. Would strongly recommend popping in if you're looking for a place around herts.

GoogleKeith Ian (Ware) handled my purchase and my sale in April 2023. They actually started in summer 2022 and showed remarkable patience with all parties involved, even when I decided to do a Lease Extension on my purchase at point of sale, which added a little time to the exchange date. I should also mention that their photographs of my old flat were so great that I nearly decided it was too good to move out of! Nice guys too, a pleasure to do business with them. Oh, they helped everything to go smoothly on completion, most important at a stressful time. Special praise to Luke, he should be a diplomat. Well, he is, but working for KeithIan.

Chris and the team at Keith Ian Cheshunt were great. Chris knew his clients needs well and sold our property without us needing to put it on the open market. We of course encountered some issues that goes with every sale but Chris was very professional throughout and resolved what he could in a timely manner.

All the staff at Kieth Ian Estate Agents are so friendly and helpful with providing an outstanding and supportive service throughout the process when buying our new home. Charlene supported me throughout the process with being in touch advising where possible, even when things got stressful she was amazing with answering any questions when I was unsure. Apsoloutly lovely lady with a heart of gold really appreciated everything. Also want to send out a massive thank you to Emma for being supportive with dropping the key round after I got stuck in traffic being unable to reach cheshunt in time on day I was moving in. We were in contact with Charlene Ellis from the start till end. I cannot imagine going through the process with anyone else. She really went out of her way to help us out on several occasions. The only agency I’ve come across who calls when they say they would and replies to emails instantly. We were in a chain so things took a tad longer, Charlene would call me the second there was a update or even if it was to simply check how I was and remind me it’ll all soon be over. Me and my partner both agreed she was way more useful than our lawyer! Once again, thank you to Keith Ian, thank you Charlene.

Right from the start, Keith Ian were professional and efficient while selling our house. Photographs were taken and the house put on the market. The house sold very quickly but unfortunately there were issues with our properties in the chain. Charlene and Luke at Cheshunt branch looked after the sale extremely efficiently and we need to say that Charlene went "above and beyond" when it came to getting the house over the final hurdles through to exchange and completion.

Just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Charlene / Keith Ian, Cheshunt for your professionalism, understanding and support throughout my house purchasing journey.I was initially booked to view in July 2020 but had to cancel as I subsequently found another place, offer accepted but the seller withdrew the house from the market after a few weeks. I then rebooked in September, put in my offer which was accepted. It has been a longer journey than expected due to issues with my first mortgage application [Becky at Stonehorse Finance to the rescue] and then the loss of my sister overseas. I just want to say how appreciative I am of all your efforts throughout the whole process, and doing your utmost best for me not to miss out on this house!Yesterday, after a few long hurdles we reached the finishing line and completed the transaction. I wanted to leave a review specifically on the interaction we had with Charlene in the Cheshunt area. Although we have now found a property that wasn't listed with Keith Ian, my partner and I both commented on how professional and personable Charlene was on the few times we went to view properties with her. As first time buyers, we have found the whole process quite stressful but Charlene offered ideas, suggestions and really sold the properties we viewed well. It is clear she takes real pride in her job and makes personal connections with her sellers and buyers alike.I would definitely recommend Keith Ian because of Charlene and think she is an asset to the company.
