Had a property which wasn't expensive & had fallen through a couple of times on sales but the staff at Keith Ian continued to work on it, make it desirable & to ensure it was moved on ASAP. They were brilliant in their updates & I heard from them quicker than my solicitors. They were always willing to try new strategies & they were always professional & friendly the whole time. I had many calls with them over more than 2 years & that professionalism never changed. I cannot thank them or rank them highly enough. Brilliant company with the best customer service & I hope they thrive with all the hard, good work they put in. All the staff are brilliant but a special mention to Charlene & Jack who were my go to's. On a personal level this was a tough sale but Keith Ian done everything to make it happen

Having found myself in a position where I had to recently sell my parent's home, I was required to obtain three quotes from estate agents. Keith Ian gave me a realistic valuation and we awaited Probate to be granted. Whilst this progressed, the staff at Keith Ian were the only company who really kept in any regular contact with me. Having bought a house via Keith Ian nearly 28 years ago, when the time came to put the house up for sale, Keith Ian was our obvious choice,. The staff were knowledgeable, polite and incredibly helpful. They clearly know the local market well and were frank and upfront as to what to expect. The photos were professionally taken and it looked great online. There were quite a lot of initial views and an offer was made within the first few weeks of the house being on the market. In this current climate, that is pretty impressive. The staff at Keith Ian really kept us regularly updated throughout and the sale completed just a few days ago. Everyone we dealt with at Keith Ian were great and they made an emotionally difficult task go like clockwork. They are a long-established company who deserve their good reputation and I can't recommend them enough. My personal thanks to Charlene and Jack for their complete professionalism throughout. You are a credit to your company along with the rest of your team.

He helped with advice on the current market and we both agreed the price to list at. There was no pressure at all and I got back in touch when I was ready to sell. The photos he took were fantastic and I think this really helped with getting viewings booked in. It was a quick process and I was really pleased with the regular updates received on progress. Scott was great post offer with ensuring that the sale went through quickly and offered a contact point for both myself and the buyer to help communication with our solicitors. This is not the first time my family have used Keith Ian and I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell/purchase in Ware, Hertford, Stanstead Abbots etc. Fantastic team and no question is too big or too small! Great local knowledge and contacts…

Thanks to local knowledge and contacts Chris was able to help us with a slightly different situation when selling our property. Chris is a very friendly and helpful person, his approach is consultative rather than "salesy". The only reason I did not award 5 stars (I would have given 4.5) was one area around communication, which to be fair Chris resolved very quickly, and 9 times out of 10 it was absolutely spot on, and so I would still recommend Keith Ian to my friends.

Amazing service at a very stressful…

Amazing service at a very stressful timeScott and his team have been absolutely fantastic. Whilst selling our flat they quickly kept us informed of viewings and were considerate of our circumstances during the viewing process. We got feedback on every viewing and were always very honest and realistic, no getting our hopes up. Once we had a buyer Scott moved heaven and earth to push the sale through for our preferred moving date just 10 weeks away. The agent we bought through was not very efficient at responding to us but it didn't matter as Scott was there to help where they failed. I can not thank him and his team enough for going above and beyond for us and would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.

Sold our property in Cheshunt with Keith Ian. The agents were all professional, helpful and approachable. In particular, Jack was the agent we dealt with the most. He was very efficient, always at the end of the phone to sort out any queries or problems that cropped up. A pleasure to deal with him and the team. Superb for both lettings and sales

Keith Ian managed both the letting and sale of my flat. For both services, they were superb. On the lettings side, Daniel and Jade were fantastic in their communications and service, finding the right profile of tenant even at short notice.On the sale side, Luke, Chris and Sam were great, showing an understanding of the market that made me feel very confident in their approach. Chris in the Cheshunt branch was very approachable and not a typical 'estate agent' was never pushy and always helpful. Always called when he said he would and always had a proper update for us unlike the agents we bought through who were absolutely awful - Chris pretty much got our sale and purchase through as the agents we were buying with had no clue about our transaction, never had an update and would never call us back after leaving countless messages!Highly recommend Chris and his team
